อาคารเป็นหอพักอยู่ติดกับกาดมาลินที่ผู้อาศัยส่วนมากเป็นนักศึกษามชพักอยู่ ภายในหอพักและในห้องสะอาด แอร์กับเครื่องทำน้ำอุ่นใช้งานได้ดี ชอบที่สถานที่ตั้งอยู่ติดกับกาดหน้ามอเดินแค่ 2นาที และเจ้าของหอใจดีมาก แนะนำสำหรับผู้เดินทางมาธุระแถวมชและต้องการพักแบบง่ายๆ

The rooms on the back (East) side have individual balconies that open up to a mind-blowingly beautiful park. Good mosquito screens on all windows. Floors cleaned seemingly non-stop, so being barefoot is aok. (They have all guests place shoes on front porch). Adjoining laundry. 2 great Vegetarian restaurants nearby. English is not that useful here, but aok. Mandarin less useful. Hotel seems serviced apartment style, and looks like some students may room here. Though the front desk may sometimes seem unstaffed, a squeek of the bicycle horn, or ring of the bell on the front desk will bring someone right away. Even when I checked out early in the morning, someone was there to cheerfully refund my deposit. I was very pleased. It was a pretty good, quiet street without partying sounds. Lots of great tropical bird sounds on the park side.

Not really a hotel”

This place is run more in a way student dorm than a hotel. No English speaker at front. No room cleaning. No amenity. Have to take off shoes at the entrance. Room is old, dark, and gloomy. Airplane noise is huge deal. Unless your destination is Chian May University, everything is far and away.

Cheap”

Not bad for the price but a little bit far from the city center. There are coffe shops, restaurants and an evening market nearby. Recommended for budget travelers. Internet is stable.

Old room but good location for Chiang Mai U. visit”

Across from CM University, Away from tourists, Away from noise, Not far from tourist attraction like Night market, Zoo, Nightlife, Mountain, Shopping mall, Great restaurants.

Really nice, it is local, very similar to my apartment building in Bangkok. People working there are eager to please, the best view I have had during my stay, just a garden, no telephone poles, houses or electrical wiring just a big garden obscuring a church. Location was excellent, away from the tourist center, across from the University, next to a night market and near to good restaurants, nightlife, Maya shopping center,minternet shops and 2km from Old City
