เข้าใจว่าตอนเข้าห้องใหม่ พนักงานอาจจะเพิ่งถูพื้น ทำให้พื้นไม่แห้งและเหนียวเหนอะหนะ แต่พักไปคืนหนึ่งจนเช็คเอ้าท์ก็ยังเป็นแบบเดิมอยู่ ไม่ทราบเป็นที่น้ำยาถูพื้นหรืออะไร เวลาเดินในห้องต้องเขย่งเท้าเดินเอา แอร์เปิดได้หลัง 6 โมงเย็น ตอนกลางวันร้อนมาก แต่ดีที่มีพัดลมให้ค่ะ อาหารอร่อย ราคาสบายกระเป๋า พนักงานบริการดีค่ะ โดยรวมถือว่าพอใช้ได้

สภาพห้องค่อนข้างเก่า ขาดการปรับปรุงมานาน เช่น สีลอก หลังคามุงจากหลุดเห็นแผ่นหลังคาเหล็กด้านใน พัดลมขึ้นสนิม น้ำไหลเบา หมอนเหม็นต้องเรียกเปลี่ยนหมอนหลายครั้ง อาหารบุฟเฟ่ต์มีไม่กี่อย่าง ไม่อร่อย ก็คือตามราคาตามระดับ 2 ดาว ถ้าใครต้องการอยู่สบายๆ กว่านี้ ก็ต้องไปรีสอร์ทใกล้เคียงกัน จ่ายแพงขึ้น

พนักงานเป็นมิตร ยิ้มแย้มแจ่มใส บริการดีมาก หาดสวย น้ำใส ทรายขาวละเอียด หน้าหาดทำเลดี ความสะอาด ไม่ค่อยสะอาดเท่าไหร่ อยากให้ปรับปรุงเรื่องความสะอาดของห้องพัก อาหารเช้าของรีสอร์ตก็ถือว่าใช้ได้ ดีอยู่

stayed in back rooms first night. woke up w back ache because of bad bed. moved to front beachfront, much better rooms. Internet working less that 50% of the time.

The place is as expected. It´'s expensive for what you get. But it's good enough for a couple of days in Kradan. If you are going to Kradan it is not to stay in the room. So enjoy the island and forget about the rooms. Breakfast is not so bad though.

Avec promotion le prix est correct. Sans, cest assez cher (j'ai eu les 2). Il n'y a ni meuble, ni placard ni crochet pour les vetements. Pas deau chaude. L'emplacement du resort a pour avantage d'être devant l'embarcadère, donc aussi de l'effervescence aux heures des bateaux. Le restaurant est assez bon et le service aimable.

Very old hotel, rooms in abominable state and heavily overprized 'because the whole island is expensive'. Standard rooms have no hot shower. Locks of the door broken. No normal bedsheet provided. You have to pay a ridiculous commission for paying with credit card. Service in restaurant is slow, wifi practically not working. For the same price you can find much better accommodation on islands that are equally nice.

For what you get, I wouldn't suggest it. The exclusivity of Koh Kradan makes options limited, but the food was poor - I didn't eat there after trying one meal and one breakfast & was sick The bed and bedding are also poor. Location is great and masseuse was wonderful.

Paradise Found”

My bungalow was right out of the early 90’s. Basic but functional. Bed very comfy. Breakfast could use improvement. Not a lot of options, but adequate. Hotel located in best part of a spectacular beach. One of my favorite places ever visited. For les than $50 a night a good deal. Not the Ritz so lower your expectations for lodging and enjoy the incredible surroundings.

Very beautiful location. We was delayed by 1 day due to bad weather at sea and the resort were kind enough to delay our booking for 1 day without extra charge. Very good food in the restaurant and amazing staff so friendly and helpful. You will not find a better priced place in such a beautiful location. Highly recommend this place.

The beach bungalow was ok value for money but cleaning was not included. It was great to have straight access to the beach especially beautiful in the eraly morning and in the moonlight when it was not packed with people. The athmosphere was not very good, with many discontent costumers at the poorly run restaurant. food was good, but you couldn't be sure to get what you ordered. the resort did not offer massage, which we found to be a great loss.

the best thing about this hotel is that it's on a beautiful beach on the quiet ko kradan. the rooms are basic and there is only a cold water shower. the reception staff are pleasant but the waitresses don't seem to be happy to be working and the food is pretty poor. worth it for the location alone.
