มีรถ shuttle bus บริการจากสถานี JR Sapporo เดินทางไปสะดวก วันที่เราเข้าพักแขกไม่พลุกพล่าน วันนั้นไม่มีแขกคนไทยเลยจึงกล้าที่จะเข้าไปใช้บริการออนเซ็น น้ำแร่ที่นี่คุณภาพดีต่อผิวพรรณ ที่พักสะอาดมาก เงียบสงบ อาหารเย็นบุฟเฟ่ต์อร่อยมาก มีของหวานชูว์ครีมอร่อยๆด้วย แต่อาหารเช้าค่อนข้างเน้นไปทางญี่ปุ่นพื้นเมืองจึงไม่ค่อยถูกปากเท่าไหร่นัก ข้อเสียอย่างเดียวคือ จองห้องแบบไม่สูบบุหรี่แต่ได้ห้องที่มีกลิ่นบุหรี่แรงมาก ต้องคอยฉีดสเปรย์ปรับอากาศบ่อยๆ

เรียวกังไม่ได้อยู่ติดริมทะเลสาบ ต้องcheck out ถึงจะได้รองเท้าคืน แล้วต้องเดินออกนอกเรียวกัง ลงเนินไปชมทะเลสาบได้ ข้อดีของเรียวกังนี้คือ ออนเซ็น ขนมอร่อย และพนักงานชาวไทยที่ห้องอาหารบริการดีมาก ข้อเสีย คือ อาหารเป็นแบบบุฟเฟต์ทั้งอาหารเย็นและเช้า รสชาติธรรมดามาก เรียวกังให้เช็คอินได้บ่าย 3 แต่ต้องเช็คเอ้าท์ตอน10โมงเช้า ช่วงฤดูหนาวมีบริการรถบัสจากสถานีJR ซับโปโร ซึ่งต้องจองก่อนเข้าพักอย่างน้อย 3 วัน พนักงานตอบอีเมล์ทุก3วัน

Opulent, luxurious and absolutely Fantastic”
This upmarket ryokan stye onset resort is a tad intimidating at first to us but the room absolutely made up for the initial stress. The lobby was quite a ways from the car drop off point. All cars have to be valet parked. Upon arriving at the check-in lobby, you have to remove your shoes like all self-respecting ryokans. Once you enter the room, however, you will be overwhelmed by the sheer luxurious accommodation. We had the room with the private onset and it is absolutely fantastic! One of the few places that once you checked in, you didn't really want to leave the room. A sort of hotel California. The hotel is also right at the picturesque Lake Shikostu. It is a couple of minutes walk to the lake. The dinner and breakfast are sumptuous affairs. The buffets are amazing.

The hotel is located just next to the lake. The food was also great with a nice view in the restaurant. The private onsen was fantastic! I will definitely go back again.

Brought my mum here to relax and she loves it alot. Even comes with a massage chair in our hotel room. Excellent service and facilities. Room is big as well.

Our stay was absolutely perfect! The place is absolutely beautiful, food is scrumptious and staff is super friendly. The private onsen room was luxury as never before. I’d come back anytime!

Nice staff, good food and nice onsen”
We stayed one night at the onsen hotel, they provided airport pickup services but only for three time slot per day. If they have one more in the early morning that would be great. Staff are nice and the hotel are sparkling clean. All facilities are good. They also have the free shuttle bus to Sapporo city in the morning, it's 10 am pickup. The dinner buffet is good and they do breakfast buffet , food is good. I like the onsen, you can go anytime except for 3-4 am. All other time are welcome to use. They do have a pillow museum, you can pick the pillow you like for your stay. And they have a souvenir shop in the hotel. That's a very good services that you got everything here.

Absolutely stunning property! We stayed in rooms with a private Onsen - nice space with an in room massaging chair and a patio.

The onsen, buffet breakfast and dinner were great. Staff were incredibly helpful and provided excellent service. The free shuttle bus to and from Sapporo station and the airport was also really convenient. Just note there isn't a lot to do in the area (although this may not be the case in the warmer months). I would definitely recommend this place if you can afford it.

The hotel is close to Lake Shikotsu. All staffs was nice and friendly. The room is super nice and big compare to normal hotel in Japan. Very enjoy onsen in room and the public onsen is also very good. The food was great.
