This 5 star hotel in the heart of the city of macau. Walking distance to senado, ruins, etc. If you were a filipino like us, walking distance to Jollibee. Thank you to the staff in the front desk for the free upgrade, rooms were neat and clean, the hermes toiletries i was surprise. Security guards bellman, and most of the staff that we met in the lobby were kind and courteous. Art deco of the hotel was awesome, the chandeliers. The hotel smells good. Thank you hotel lisboa for making our stay unforgetable, our view in our room was the macau tower.. Definitely staying here again and again..

Elegant Hotel Lisboa”
Easy check-in by friendly staff. Unexpected upgrade to a very spacious accomodation was very much appreciated with the complimentary sodas and water; superb quality of toiletries; fresh linen; clean carpet. Just a small suggestion for the dated beds to be upgraded to current hotel standards- otherwise, it’s perfect! Location was awesome, we easily found our way around to explore neighboring hotel casinos- Grand Lisboa, Wynn, MGM, and Star. Main cultural attractions Senado, St. Paul’s, and the Museum were also within walking distance. We ordered room service for breakfast- service, food and coffee quality were excellent at a very affordable price. Would highly recommend friends to this hotel when visiting Macau.

Perfect location to sightsee”
Love the location - Senado Square, St Dominic Church, Ruins of St Paul's, Macau Tower and the New Yaohan (largest department store) is within easy walking distance or a short bus ride away. It is also right next to Grand Lisboa, the Macau landmark so great photo ops especially at night. Amenities are good and we are happy with the service. Not exactly cheap but worth the price - we love the spacious, clean rooms too! Huge building so it does take a while to navigate (but staff are super helpful). The shower system in our family suite was a little complicated (even with step-by-step manual on wall) but those in other rooms seemed to be the normal type.

WELL WORTH WHAT YOU PAID FOR”
Amenities are abundant not like the other hotels where you are asked to pay for water. You can also get anything from the minibar for free and they will refill it once they notice that some of the drinks have been consumed (which is also free). The staff were very courteous and well versed in English. The room was extravagant and toiletries (which mind you are not the ordinary plasticware that hotels provide) are also replaced when you have your room cleaned. The tubs have jets which relaxes you after a looooong day of walking ( because in Macau you always, ALWAYS have to walk around).

Gorgeous hotel and part of Macau's history”
Big comfortable rooms good sleep quality bed and wonderful bathroom with jet stream bath and shower with wonderful attentive staff all makes for a great stay. I just love the decor, no plastic here like so many other hotels in Macau. And all for a great price. My only disappointment was breakfast, very Chinese and although there was porridge the were no add on's like honey etc. whereas the congee served had 8 optional dishes. The location is very good for shopping in back streets of Macau and the old historical sites are just a short walk away.

Exceptional!”
I highly recommend this hotel. The service was exceptional. The staffs were amazing and extremely accommodating. They allowed us to check in early. They even upgraded our room type to deluxe for free! Special thanks to Ms. Winnie who went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. The room was clean and the bed was super comfy. The amenities were great too. Beautiful atmosphere and amazing city view. Perfect location, walking distance to everything and easy to get in and out of the city. The best stay ever!

We got a good first impression from them as we asked the staff whether the Q we were in was the shuttle bus from Macau Ferry Terminal to Hotel Lisboa as there is a very long Q. The staff asked whether we have a hotel booking & we have, he then showed us the way to take another shuttle bus which doesn’t have Q & I suppose is just for hotel guests. Upon check in, the reception staff helped us to upgrade our room for free and that was so nice of them. Their bellboy helped us bring our luggages to our room with us & showed us the mini bar & informed us everything in the mini bar is free. Their service is very good! All their staffs are friendly & approachable! Our room is very spacious & nice! It is so comfortable that we were reluctant to leave the room. Hahaa... When we needed directions to the Ruins of St Paul’s, their staff was very nice to bring us a map, explained & drew us the direction there. Again, they are really very nice, friendly & approachable! However, when we needed to take the bus to Macau Airport, we were guided & taken to the wrong place instead. We were brought to the Zhuhai borders instead. As our time is tight, we have no choice but to spend Hk$83 on taxi from the Borders to Macau Airport instead.

Clean Hotel, Nice Location”
Good hotel, lovely staff, good location.. Same as other comments, hotel even though is old, but everything still good maintain and clean. Thanks for hotel upgrading our room and thanks for the cake for my daughter birthday. Thanks for the concierge staff (cant remember his name), stand at roadside to help us get taxi.

Excellent”
I was upgraded to a much bigger room ( Thanks a lot, Carter!) and it made my first trip to Macau really exciting. The hotel is huge and the interior is no other like regular plain hotels. The interior is grand, especially I loved the lobby ceilings. I fell in love with the bathroom tiles, glass mosaic tiles with beautiful patterns. Only down side was the jacuzzi bath tub outdated and not working very well. I would rather want to have a regular bath tub. The staff were kind and helpful. I will visit here again when I travel to Macau. Superb!

Very nice hotel with friendly staff”
This hotel came with very nice facilities ( bathroom with Jacuzzi ). The renovation was a bit outdated but still comfortable. I would like to give more credit to the hotel staff who can remember my name and room number during check out, very good service and friendly staff.

Excellent Location and Big Room”
Not the first time to stay here. Lucky to get a "big" room this time. Friendly staff work efficiently for check-in/out. The room is clean, pairs of soft slippers are provided. Close to bus stops where you can catch to go sightseeing/for food. Highly recommended!

Bathroom comes with bathtub & jacuzzi, my kids enjoyed to bath in tub so so much! Room is spacious, our room view is Macau tower. Breakfast comes with variety of food. Staffs are nice, location is good (if willing to walk, it's about 10 mins to Senado square. 3 mins to reach Wynn musical lake fountain). Definitely will choose Hotel Lisboa again when visit Macau!

Beautiful Hotel, Great Location”
Awesome hospitality from the hotel staff, comfortable rooms with quality amenities, and conveniently located near eateries and shopping malls. Would recommend the breakfast buffet that offers a good variety of yummy dishes too.

We truly enjoyed our stay at Hotel Lisboa. Since the restaurant was a bit crowded, we had dinner and breakfast at the room, and the room service was excellent. Pricing very reasonable for a 5-star hotel and it is definitely a 5-star hotel. Nothing to complain at, everything was great. we will come back if we visit Macau again :)

We stayed for 3 nights in this excellent hotel. Excellent service from check in til check out. They upgraded our room and gave a complimentary Birthday Cake for my son. Special mention to the staffs namely, Spencer, Rene and Alex. They provided the extra mile to provide us the needed information that we needed.

Hotel got an affluent feel which I really liked. Mini Bar free. Hermes toiletries. Bathroom is posh. Very spacious and very clean room. Highly recommended.

Very comfortable hotel and close to main attractions”
The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. The hotel does show its age. Staff were friendly. It's only 10min walk to St Paul's ruins.

We were able to sightsee Macau by bus. Fun and cheap getting around town. Shopping was good. The restaurants were good and the price was reasonable. I am planning to return and stay for a week next time.

Amazing”
Everything about this hotel was perfect. We were given an upgrade on check in to a beautiful room. We couldn’t have asked for more. So much to do that we could have stayed in the hotel for our whole holiday. Would definitely recommend it to anyone who is visiting Macau.
