Spent the night here for my sons birthday get away. Was great by polite happy staff who were very friendly and helpful. The facilities were beautiful and clean only think i could recommend is maybe finding a way to make the pool room less echoey while it was wonderful hearing little ones of other customers enjoying their stay bit can be quite ear piercing when they get excited and let out a bit of a scream (which as a mother I know can not be helped). Otherwise i can not fault our over all stay.

I was charged twice for this stay - once by Agoda and then by the hotel! To get a refund is taking an ordeal of paperwork - and lack of support from reception staff who told me to just email the manager. The one bedroom apartments have no natural light - so you are dark all the time. The conditioner was empty and the bathroom needed a good clean.
