ที่ตั้ง รร อยู่กลางเมิอง หาไม่ยาก จาก รร สามารถเดินเล่นในเมืองได้ หน้า รร มีร้านอาหาร มีซุปเปอร์มาเกต ห้องพักกว้างพอสมควร เตียงนอนนุ่มเกินไป หมอนก็เช่นกัน ห้องน้ำกว้าง มีอ่างอาบน้ำ น้ำอุ่นไหลแรงดี อาหารเช้าน่าผิดหวังมาก เหมือนจะหลากหลายแต่ไม่มีคุณภาพ ที่จอดรถ คืนละ 5 €
Best location and staff”
All staff were very polite and their service was very good whether at the reception or the restaurant, the rooms were very clean and good size, the only fallback were the pillows in the room, it was too flat and not comfortable, I wish they had options. Overall excellent experience as the location was also great.

We went to garmisch-patenkirchen last April 3-5 and booked this hotel, because we liked Mercure Munich branch and thought it would be nice to try Mercure Hotel in Garmisch. The check in process in the 3rd of April was smooth, the male receptionist was nice and accomodated all my questions about our stay. The room was spacious for us, 2adults and 1kid (8y.o.). 1 difference I noticed though, between Mercure Munich and Mercure Garmish, is that in Munich Branch there is a mini Bar, with 2small chocolate, 1 bottle of water,juice and beer. In Mercure garmisch-partenkirschen we only had 1 bottle of water. But nevertheless our stay was awesome, breakfast was also great. The hotel was a bit far from the center,but a bus station (bus comes every hour) is near the hotel. We did a bit of walking from the hotel to the center (20mins)and just enjoyed the scenery, which was a good famimy bonding for us. During the check out, we had a little problem because the hotel couldn't find our 1st booking from april3-4. But after a few checks in the system,the Hotel Manager was able to resolve the problem. In total I would recommend this hotel for families. Also we enjoyed the pool,sauna and small gym. ❤️❤️❤️ Reyes Family
Felt like a holiday chalet, not in a good way”
Let's start with the good: Location is near the old town. That is the only good thing about it. It is also next to a busy road so there is quite a lot of road noise. Hotel has a huge carpark but unclear why they have to charge €9 per night for it. Wish this could have been clear at the time of booking. Parking on the road outside is free after hours but the staff aren't helpful enough to tell you about it. There are zero amenities. There wasn't even shower gel in the bottle when I checked in. It was bone dry. I told the reception about it and was assured it would be filled by Housekeeping. When I got back at night, it was still empty. But I got a brand new bottle of handwash. Called reception, but there was no answer. Went to reception and was handed a bottle in a completely nonchalant way. Not even an apology. Which brings me to the staff - they are either unenthusiastic or just absent (like Housekeeping?). Makes you wonder how thorough they are when they clean the rooms. There was an empty trolley cart (not mine) outside my room the whole of the first day. There is also no air condition - so rooms can get stuffy at night.
