Front office manager is cool. Seem like she is looking down to guest, specially Thai. Towel is very old. No glass for brushing in restroom. Have to use drinking glass for brushing. No minibar. If you finish complementary bottle and need drinking water, you have to wait for room service for 20-30min. 40 min Waiting time for food from room service. Ordered buffalo wing, you get deep fried tasteless and uncooked chicken wing. Over exaggerated presenation for swiming pool.

please rest assured we take guest feedback seriously and have developed a better service throughout the period. Furthermore water park and swimming pool facilities are very well perceived by the majority of our guests as you can see many good reviews on social media and I am sorry if you didn't find it up to your level of expectations.
