The hotel location is good. Plenty of shops and eating places around. Walking distance to the beach. At night you can hop to any of the PUB along the beach for a drink. I took the VIP room. It is large and the decor is nice except that it is not facing the beachfront which I have booked for. Breakfast was good. The staffs are friendly, especially the staff named Ms. Ly Ngoc My (Reservation Sales). She greeted every single guest who comes in for breakfast. On 3 dec, when I was having my usual breakfast. She came to me and asked me about my departure. I told her is 4 Dec. Quickly she told me my booking is until 3 dec, which is today. I checked my notes in my phone & realised I have booked one day less. If it is not her who has a conservation with me about my departure, I will know about my mistake. She told me I can extend one more night by informing the reception. Kudos to her excellent service. Thank you very much.

Nice hotel with great location and good service”
The hotel situated in the central area of Long Beach tourist area, and only 100 meters from the main road, and 50 meters from the Long Beach Sunset Bar. It is a 3 stars hotel but the staffs are friendly and polite. Breakfasts are included, and the choices are good. The hotel has a lovely sea view but unfortunately a new hotel in front blocked the central views. Room are clean with good air condition, tea and coffee making service and excellent wfi. The water pressure are low, and taking a shower is not a joyful experience as it should be. And the noise isolation are not too good either. The area is safe, there are many seafood and hotpot restaurants around, which full of locals, and the price is only half of those in the Night Market. Long Beach sunset is beautiful, and one evening of your stay you should definitely take a stroll along the coastline, it may be your best experience in Phu Quoc.

One of the worst hotel I've been to. i dont understand how some people gave Nice comment and i feel bad they did cause I wish I hadn't chose this hotel. The room was tiny, bad bathroom with cold water, even towels looked old and def not soft. Not very clean, bugs flying. I took the deluxe room with ocean view. There was construction in front of the hotel so the view was not pretty at all. breaksfast was disgusting. Employees were nice bug couldn t speak any english. The only nice thing was the position with sunset beach Bar very close. Very expensive for a really bad quality

Hotel its self is not bad a standard 3 star but stuck between two hotels been built very very noisy, could be so much better overall. Booked a sea view but got a building site and mountains!!

That is the word that i can describe for this hotel. Although there are some noises from outside and from housekeeping in the morning, Sandy hotel is still the best choice for the next time when I come back Phu Quoc island!

Good hotel resort style a few steps from the beach.”
Hotel is fairly new and it offers good amenities for its size. It is situated of the main road but tucked neatly inside away from the noise with access to surroundings eateries and bigger restaurants on the main road. It also has beach bars that are close by. Staff can speak English and I would say they are quick to help when asked. The one negative is that there is an odour coming from bathroom from either the drain or such.

ホテルは非常に清潔でシャワーの出もよく、バスタブこそありませんが日本のビジネスホテル料金以下（一泊4500円ほど）で宿泊できました。朝食付きでフォーなどが清潔な器で食べられて安心です。フランスパン、食パンなどもあり、満足です。 １つ欠点があるのは、部屋でWiFiがつながりにくいことです。ロビーや廊下などWiFiは速度も速く安定していますが、室内はつながりが悪い部屋がありました。私は他の部屋が空いていましたので部屋チェンジしてもらえました室内でまったりブラウジングしたい人は要注意です。 フロントの方の英語は聞き取りにくいですが、ゆっくり話してもらえればなんとなくわかります。女性スタッフの方の発音のほうがよかったです。 歩いてすぐビーチですが、ここのビーチは夕日がきれいですが、海は正直綺麗ではありません。saoビーチまで行かれることをお勧めします。 プールは大きくはありませんが、少し日焼けした体をクールダウンするにはよいでしょうか。お子様用の浅い部分もありますし、小さなご家族でベトナムらしくない綺麗なホテルをお探しの方にはお勧めします。
