โรงแรมดีมาก ห้องพักดี กว้าง สะอาด วิวทะเลหรือวิวเมืองก็ดี ภายในห้องพักมีข้อตินิดเดียวตรงที่มีฝุ่นค่อนข้างเยอะอยู่ใต้ตู้เย็น ควรจะกวาดบ้างก็ดีนะ ห้องน้ำดี อาหารเช้าดีมีหลากหลายให้เลือก ห้องอาหารอยู่ชั้นบนสุด มองเห็นวิวทะเลเวลาทานอาหารเช้า พนักงานบริการดีมาก อัธยาศัยดีมาก ให้คำแนะนำในการท่องเที่ยวดีมาก ช่วยจองรถส่วนตัวสำหรับเที่ยวในแต่ละวันและราคาก็โอเครับได้ คนขับรถที่จองให้ก็ขับดีและบริการดีมาก ตัวโรงแรมไม่ติดกับชายหาด แต่ก็ไม่ห่างจากกันมาก สามารถเดินไปได้ ทางโรงแรมยังมีผ้าขนหนูฟรีให้บริการสำหรับนำไปใช้ที่ชายหาด โรงแรมอยู่ในโซนเมืองไม่ห่างจากตลาดกลางคืน ร้านอาหารและซุปเปอร์มาร์เก็ต เดินไปได้สบายๆ พนักงานต้อนรับที่ชื่อ Hang และผู้หญิงอีกคน สามารถพูดภาษาไทยได้เล็กน้อย มีความเป็นกันเองและน่ารักมาก ราคาห้องพักเหมาะสมไม่แพงมาก ถ้าไปเที่ยวฟูก๊วกอีก ต้องไปพักที่นี่อีกอย่างแน่นอน

very good experience to stay , a lot of kitties there”
First of all ,the sea view of this hotel is really good. Very relaxing on this island, the staff also very nice. The water heater is a bit hard for use ,but totally is very good for short stay~ There are many kitties and cat in this hotel, very cute ~ I recommended to stay with breakfast, the restaurant of hotel on 6th floor. Very suitable for sea view , and the food are many choices . The local coffee also very good taste for try. 7 min walk to the night market, 4 min walk to pizza taxi. My firends and me are very satisfaction for the 2 nights stay in this hotel~♡

Very clean hotel with friendly and helpful staff. Ocean view from my room 405 was excellent. Closer to all amenities. Not far from night market. Ms. Hang at reception is outstanding. She was very helpful with her suggestions, guidance and to organise tours. Well done Ms. Hang. Please keep up the good work. Certainly will stay at Ngoc Chau Hotel when next I am in Phu Quoc.

This hotel is located near to the beach and also 10 min. walk to night market, is an excellent location. Most important is the receptionist are very friendly and helpful. the breakfast was nice and hotel room are clean.

Excellent Location and Great Stay”
First time in Phu Quoc, the island is beautiful. Hotel rooms were faced to the sea view. The staffs were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean during our 4 nights stay. The water heater in the bathroom were not working. We were having cold bath during our 4 nights stay. Everytime after bath, the bathroom was flood. Other than that, everything was great. my children liked the hotel breakfast, many variances to choose. Definitely will come back again, hope to see improvement of the bathroom.

I appreciate the hotel for fulfilling my additional requests and the assistance during my stay. The staff has been helpful and friendly, especially the front desk. Breakfast offered a good variety of choices and tasted good. Location is along the main street and convenient to the night market and food stores. Could get a good view of sunset from the hotel.

Centrally located near to the town! It is just walking distance to night market. I found a BBQ stall on my way back to hotel. The stall is in front of a pub, and the lady is selling BBQ bird, it was special and tasty.
