ตั้งแต่เดินเข้ามาโรงแรม ไม่มีอะไรที่ไม่ประทับใจเลยครับ พนักงานต้อนรับด้วยความยิ้มแย้ม สามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้ดี เมื่อเข้าไปในห้องพักก็ประทับใจถึงความสะอาด สะดวกสบาย ส่วนเรื่องทำเลที่ตั้งถือว่ายอดเยี่ยมที่สุด ใกล้แหล่งช้อปปิ้ง ร้านอาหาร สถานีรถไฟฟ้าใต้ดิน ที่นี่เหมาะมากๆ สำหรับผู้ที่เดินทางมาติดต่อธุรกิจไม่กี่วัน มีเวลาน้อยแต่อยากช้อปปิ้งครับ

Nice overall, though some room for improvement”

The room was nice and quiet. The gym area was fantastic and extremely well equipped. Dining at The Square was disappointing overall with a dinner order incorrectly recorded and the food once corrected not being to a great overall standard. The breakfast was okay though. Overall a reasonable stay.

If you are looking for good hotel with your parents, take this hotel.”

I think this hotel would be an one of best option if you stay at Daegu with your old parents. The hotel is clean and the room is big enough for relaxing. Have also nice view of the city center of Daegu. Metro station is close and can reach to any points of interests in Daegu by Taxi.

I had a good stay at Novotel Ambassador Hotel in Daegu. The front desk staff was kind and courteous -- especially Gina -- and assisted me well during check-in and check-out. I look forward to staying at this hotel the next time I visit Daegu.

I Love It!”

I love the hotel, almost nothing to complaint above. As a first timer in Daegu, I love that the hotel is walking distance to shopping malls and restaurants. I love the underground stores just few minutes from the hotel. I am surely staying in that hotel again if ever Ill be back in Daegu.

Great location in the center of Daegu”

This hotel is a great value. The rooms are spacious and clean. The hotel is located in the heart of Daegu and it very close to a shopping street with lots of restaurants near by. Has a great Thai massage place inside the building at very reasonable prices. If you are looking for a nice hotel is the center of Daegu, this is definitely the best choice.

Worth money ”

Good location , spacious room and very clean . I checked in at 9pm and heater in my room didn’t work . Call hotel staff and they change me to new room immediately and allow to check out at 2pm the next day . Front desk officer were very friendly and helpful and speak fluent English . However , considering the facilities I guess the hotel is like 4 star and not 5 star. Overall , I am happy during my stay here .

Good Hotel”

The hotel is very near to the main street and the train station. It is very clean and nice hotel. The staff super friendly and helpful. The room service is great and very reasonable price. If I ever go back to Daegu, I will be staying in this hotel again for sure.

Great Location in the centre of town”

Fantastic location. Only a few minutes' walk from the main shopping area, restaurants and cafes and the Oriental Medicine Museum and market. We really liked the room design and décor. Beds were very comfortable. The breakfast buffet is excellent, with a huge variety, including a good selection of fresh fruit, something which is often in short supply in other hotels in Korea. A vegetarian sandwich snack option would be welcome in the bar. Other than that, our only other criticism relates to the Wi-Fi in the room, which was very slow and kept dropping out. From what I've seen, Novotel is easily the best hotel in Daegu and we will definitely go back again.

Great hotel. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Good location, close to many restaurants and shopping area.The gym is small but nice. It would have been better if more amenities were provided. For example, there were no complimentary toothbrush or conditioner.

Comfortable Hotel in the Center of Downtown Daegu”

I enjoyed staying at the Novotel Ambassador Daegu Hotel. The location is fantastic if you want to really explore Daegu. It is in the middle of downtown near Jungangro station. You can easily access all of the stores and restaurants that downtown has to offer. The quality of the hotel was quite good and I have had the buffet here before, though not for this stay, and it has always been delicious with a good selection of food. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was well stocked with shampoo and soaps with a big shower. I thought the price was very good for the hotel and will stay here again.

We initially bought a Summer Memories package but later decided to stay for 2 more nights in Daegu and we were told we had to change rooms by Agoda, but the staff was very nice and allowed us to stay in the same Superior Room. I must say their English was excellent too. We had a Clinique skin care set, free use of spa, Bingsu and complementary buffet breakfast for the package, although the agoda promotion was without any breakfast and you have to pay to use the spa. The breakfast was a really wide spread and the food was delicious! We had a nice view of the city in our rooms, in The Square, and even when soaking in the spa. The room was really big and had a nice table to use your laptop/ipad/do business on. The staff were very friendly and spoke really good English. There was a fitness centre that you could use for free on the 23rd floor too (beside the sauna)! The location was close to Dongseungro, which is like the main shopping area. So lots of good food, shopping and bars around! Would definitely stay here again if I'm heading to Daegu!

Comfortable”

One comment, it is spring season during the visit. The air-conditional in hotel is off. It is almost end of spring season, very hot in the room if do not open the window. Hotel said that there is no air-conditional during spring season which make me very unhappy.

Great room but without bath tub”

this is 2nd stay in this hotel in deagu. i choosen this hotel because of its strategically located at the town of deagu. this area is very happening at night and many restaurants, shops,cinema etc around this area. the room is great, the only negative is without bath tub. the breakfast is not really good, but there are many food choices near the hotel, just walk down and cross the street, you can get kfc or burger king and many more. good business hotel.

I had a great time! Went down over a holiday weekend and upgraded upon arrival to the executive floor which included a light dinner buffet from 6-8pm with drinks and a full breakfast buffet. The staff were fantastic. So friendly and heplful. The hotel is in a perfect location. Right in the middle of the city. Very much enjoyed my stay.
