Weekend away”
Good value for money with family of four. 2 queen size beds the room was big enough. The buffet breakfast was a bit disappointing under cooked bacon and the sausages I think we're chicken. A bit slow to refill items on the buffet. Not the best. Staff were friendly. In a good location near to the train station.

Had such a nice stay at Amora, bed was comfortable, staff friendly, quiet location, lobby bar was really nice, and just had a really nice vibe! Will definitely be back!!

A decent hotel but be careful with paying by card”
I booked this hotel for 4 nights whilst working in Brisbane. It is a nice 4-star hotel right next to the Central station which is very convenient. Everything seemed perfect until I got there and was told that my payment didn't go through. I then paid using cash and realised that the amount I paid by card was deducted from my account. I told the staff about it and requested a refund. They advised they would reverse the payment but 3 days later it wasn't done. I asked again and was advised to write an email to the manager. Unfortunately, nobody bothered to reply to it and the next day I had to speak to the manager to finally sort it out in person. He apologised and admitted that the payments hadn't been cancelled nor reversed. He then reversed them on the spot and I finally received my refund the next day. I liked the hotel room but it was disappointing how slow the service was. All in all, I have mixed feelings about staying there. I recommend you to pay by cash if you stay there.

Sneaky family city weekend away”
Was centrally located without being right in the thick of things which brings noise. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms were well stocked with all that you need, only thing it missed was extra pillows, family of 4 (with older kids)need more than 1 pillow each. Will definitely be back

The bed was very comfortable and the room was clean but the facilities were tired. The room service was delayed and the food was average. It was an affordable option but I left feeling that it was a shame how much the hotel had dated so much. In saying that, all of the staff that assisted me were exceptionally friendly and helpful.

Could of been better - bar staff need training ”
Had to go to front desk and advise my room Was not cleaned - time 3pm for someone to come and clean it . The next door room was also not cleaned and both of us were down at the bar having a drink to pass time . Staff at the bar were rude and didn’t seem to want to make our cocktails - I choose a cocktail and his reply was that’s a display and laughed made my drink and left my second stay here wasn’t that enjoyable but I would come again

Beautiful place, just out of the CBD. Lovely room, great facilities, comfy beds, very clean. Buffet breakfast a bit pricey at $35 per adult Just found it strange the pool deck chairs were so far away from the pool. Otherwise great hotel if your looking nit too far from the CBD, will stay again.

There's a lot of really inaccurate review data for this place from the COVID quarantine program. As of Feb 2023, it's a really professionally run, well maintained and renovated 4 star stay. Staff were quite accommodating with my slightly unusual requests and the room was spotless, comfortable and quiet. Couldn't complain if I tried.

The checkin was easy and very friendly. In fact we all received a drink voucher for waiting in line. The room was lucky 1111 and was spacious enough for myself and my 2 adult kids with 2 queen beds. Very clean and bathroom spacious. We enjoyed our drinks at the bar before the concert. They even helped us with a cab as our Uber driver cancelled because he was lost. East to find and we walked in Queen st mall for late lunch once checked in. Easy 15 min walk. Great place to stay as central station only 5 mins walk away. Highly recommend if you want to be near the city action yet close to Suncorp stadium. Parking underneath was very reasonably priced too. 5 stars and thank you for making our Elton John concert weekend perfect

Great location! Just 2 min walk frim Central station. I totally enjoyed my stay at Amora. My room was clean and staff were very friendly. Exceeded my expectations. 100% recommended.
