My family visited Novotel Phu Quoc Resort for four days and three nights to celebrate a family event. Upon check-in, the Front Desk receptionist greeted us with a warm welcome and a big smile. On the first night, two staff came to our room to celebrate the event with us; they brought some balloons, a yummy cake, cute donuts and a present for my son. Two more staff wearing the national traditional dress ao dai came to our room and welcomed us once again. My son was soooooo happy and excited that he could not fall asleep that night. Rooms were in wonderful condition, the swimming pool was clean, the beach view from our room and from the swimming pool was spectacular, and the breakfast especially Vietnamese rice noodles tasted great. During our stay, Lisa, Guest Relations Manager, helped us arrange our schedule, book tickets and taxis, and often texted to see if we needed anything and were having a great time. She helped us from the bottom of her heart as if we were her family. She even came to work(even though it was her day off!!) on the last day of our stay to help us check out and say good-bye and checked if we arrived at home safe and sound. I was greatly touched when she gave me a hand-made card for my son. She and Nhu had made the card themselves; they wrote a short message and drew a cute dragon which symbolized my son who had been born in the dragon year. Not only Lisa but also all the other staff including the F&B, Front Desk, Concierge, Housekeeping team members greeted us heartfully. Their prompt and excellent service made us feel comfortable and as if we were at home; they made us feel special and highly welcomed. We travel quite often but out of all the trips we have gone, we had the most memorable stay in Novotel Phu Quoc Resort this time. We will never forget the kind staff, great facilities and the beautiful sunset. We will DEFINITELY visit this hotel again in the near future. Thank you once again!

The best hotel in Phu Quoc”
Very nice facilities available. 2 pools, one near lobby, one near the beach. Nice private beach, clean, free towels & beach chairs. Staff nice and helpful. Bar at the pool not so expensive. Breakfast has many variety. Rooms spacious, clean and of good quality. Will definitely be back again!

Accor can do smth more to be the best”
We stayed in 3 bungalows,very clean,quiet,comfortable with brand new furnitures. There's a small door between room, kids loved it very much. Beach is soft like cotton, supper clean with friendly staffs who helped us so much to take care our naughty boys. 2 big pools,but we can try only one which near the beach,because the other is so close to main restaurant area. We can't swim or play when lots of people starred to us. Breakfast was great. But resort was so dark at night. At least we can send a long night in very big garden view balcony. And there're funny night Market nearby, with many seafood shop right on the street and a small supermarket. Also, there're a beautiful street with colorful lights. I had some amazing photos there.

Stayed the 2nd time because I loved it the 1st”
This was my second time staying at Novotel in Phu Quoc. I loved it the first time and wanted to come back when I would have had the chance. And since COVID-19 enabled domestic travelers to experience high-end resort at a reasonable price, I took the chance right away. I booked an ocean view room but the room was a little adjacent to the ocean front but it was no biggie. I stayed at the villa the first time and at the hotel this time and both times were explicitly worth every penny. Rooms were exceptionally clean and well-equipped. I even got a balcony all to myself and my partner. The staff was on their feet when it came to my request. Everything was promptly answered to and assisted. Would totally recommend Novotel to anyone wanting to experience Phu Quoc.

I think this should be a 4 stars or 4.5 stars hotel Instead of 5 stars hotel. As for the location is a little bit far from the central or downtown of Phu Quoc. The hotel offer free shuttle to and from the airport for free. However, it will charge you money if you want to go to night market. We decided to rent a motorbike which is easier for traveling purpose and transportation. As for breakfast buffet is good with variety of choices. Swimming pool is very nice. They have two swimming pools. One is the infinity pool looking beyond the beach. I think there is a problem with the water line lead to my room. It has yellow stains for almost 2 days. For that reasons, I cannot give it a 5 stars. But overall, this hotel is great for vacation, relaxation or honeymoon.

Great resort ”
Great resort to stay at with awesome facilities. Pool was very big and access to the private beach was nice and kept clean. Also, breakfast was fantastic and one of the best I had in my month long stay in Vietnam. Only thing I would say is there is not much to do except for hanging out at the resort, as a lot of the surrounding area is still very underdeveloped. It is about a 15-20 minutes taxi ride to the center of town. Aside from that, the hotel itself was very enjoyable and the staff was good and very attentive. I would recommend this hotel and would stay here again if traveling to Phu Quoc.
