Easy in and out of the hotel room was very comfortable 4min drive to the airport via Uber only $13 I would recommend to stay
Clean, comfortable and convenient ”
Had a short, but sweet, stay at the Novotel. Bed was comfy, room was spacious and staff were super helpful. Location is great - 5 minutes from the airport. My only complaint was that the shuttle bus only goes every 40 minutes. I ended up getting a taxi, which needed a large tip to convince the driver to take me a relatively short distance.

Convenient location with slow shuttle service ”
Conveniently located closer to international terminal with slow/nonexistent shuttle service. After a 16 hour flight, waited for over 1.5 hours on bay 12 for the shuttle; no show for the scheduled pickup time on the time table. After numerous call to Novotel, shuttle shows up opposite the bay. The driver stated he did not have the token device to enter the gated Bay Area and he radioed another driver with the token to pick us up. The hotel had new decor, and room was clean and tidy. Breakfast was awesome, kids enjoyed it. The restaurant food was tasty except the green Thai curry that was not authentic even after the chef re-made the dish. Pasta, hamburger and chips were flavorful. I tried both beer/lager from the tap, it was awesome. Service in the restaurant and reception was friendly and courteous . Public restrooms were smelly and not cleaned on a regular basis, given the number of seminars and meetings held daily. The car parking location was confusing at the beginning. Pastries served during breakfast was a bit dry however the hot scrambled eggs and other items were fresh, including the fruit, yogurt. Wish the breakfast had a change on the 2nd day. The fresh milk, juices and coffee (capuchino, expresso) tasted good.

Not ideal ok for a night”
The room cleaning standards are subpar, and no extra drinking water is provided beyond the initial supply; guests are expected to refill from the tap. The swimming pool is located in a separate building and has very cold water. While it may suffice for a one-night stay during a long transit, the location is inconvenient and far from the city, making it less ideal for a holiday.
