Everything started off bad. On their advertisement, it says parking it even says valet parking so I pulled up to the hotel. Some gentleman came out took my car asked me what time I would need it back. I explain to them I was getting up the next day, they said my keys would be at the front desk when I went downstairs the next morning I was explained that there is no valet parking. There is no keys here for me and my car was gone, come to find out the restaurant manager upstairs had taken the car and parked it somewhere. Nobody has any answers. I had to call a taxi cab to take me around while they were trying to locate my vehicle. They would not allow me to call the police or do anything. My car finally arrived back at 4 PM. The AC does not work in the room at all. This was the most horrible experience I’ve ever had in Istanbul. I’ve been here many times by myself, but this time takes the cake I felt like I was being taken advantage of scammed everything so I left a Hotel , after only staying one night, they refused to give me a refund. I have to dispute it with my credit card. This place is a nightmare. It looks OK from the outside, but the inside is like a house a horror…. Do not stay here. There is many ,many, many other hotels…
Poor comfort in room”
Location is good of hotel but room is very small and low ceiling. There was continous humm or noise of air-conditioning system.in the room. Breakfast was OK but with same menue. On check out the manager charged extra for some stains on towels of bathroom floor and hand, which usually happens once you are a tourist and use the towels. Their reply was odd that with dirt marks on towels, we don't wash them and charged exuberant price. The complaint of aircon was not addressed. It was quite an agony at night. The linen provided didn't have any fleece which is generally required with air conditioning.

Very clean hotel, friendly staff willing to help. Location in the heart of Old city, everything close .
Not very happy stay”
We booked a room with 1 double and 2 single beds. They give us one double bed only saying it’s Agodas mistake as we don’t have that option. Staff very unfriendly and rude The pool and turkish hammam was bad as you cant swim comfortably because you cant make noise they will shush you. Only their housekeeper was nice and one guy called Emre. Other than that not recommended not very clean and not friendly staff plus you cant park in front of the hotel to get your luggage as its tram way. You have to walk your luggage all the way from down of the street.
