เราเข้าพักกันสองคน เรามาประชุมที่ซิดนีย์ ห้องพักที่โรงแรมตกแต่งดีมากๆๆๆมีไวไฟฟรี มีไอแพดในห้องให้ใช้ สุดยอด! สบู่ แชมพู โลชั่นในห้องพักคัดมาดีมาก บอกเลยว่าผ่านการคิด ชากาแฟที่จัดให้ฟรีในห้องพักก็เลือกของดีๆมาให้บริการ ในวันที่เราพักต้องมีการเปลี่ยนห้อง พนักงานให้เราทิ้งกระเป๋าไว้ ตอนกลางวันเค้าจะย้ายให้เอง เค้าย้ายของเสร็จสรรพ แถมเอาขนม อาหารที่เราซื้อมาเข้าตู้เย็นให้ด้วย บอกเลยประทับใจมาก การเดินทางจากโรงแรมไปที่ต่างๆก็สะดวก คุ้มค่ากับราคาแพงแสนแพงเมื่อคิดเป็นเงินไทย รีบๆจองล่วงหน้าหลายๆเดือนราคาจะถูกลงหน่อย โดยรวมๆถือว่าดีมากๆ

มาดูงานที่ซิดนีย์ 1 สัปดาห์ครับ ต้องไปหลายที่แต่ตกลงกันว่าอยากไปกันแบบลุยๆ ก็เลยไม่ได้เช่ารถ ซึ่งโรงแรมตั้งอยู่ใกล้ light rail และท่าเรือ ทำให้เดินทางด้วยขนส่งสาธารณะสะดวกมาก แต่รอบๆโรงแรมไม่พลุกพล่านวุ่นวายเลย พนักงานก็อัธยาศัยดีมาก อำนวยความสะดวกให้หลายๆเรื่อง ส่วนห้องพักก็สะอาดเรียบร้อยดีครับ มีไวไฟให้ใช้ฟรี โดยรวมแล้วประทับใจมากครับ

A seriously good, modern hotel”

This hotel had everything that I wanted and none of the crap that I don't want. Super clean, a very comfy bed that WASN'T two singles pushed together (whoever came up with that idea should be shot). Complimentary minibar and WIFI. Well designed bathroom with nice products. Super friendly staff that helped us out when we arrived early and needed a place to get changed. The wine at the bar was good. The location was awesome and a 1 min walk to the lightrail. The building itself was a grand old wool store with huge wooden beams and lovely brickwork. And the price was very good. Air conditioning was nice and cold (but warm when we first arrived as it hadn't been on because it is programmed to turn off when unoccupied). I had a very good stay and highly recommend to friends and couples.

Can’t go past Ovolo!”

This is the second stay at Ovolo 1888 and again I was wowed by the place. The staff are so friendly and obliging, the location is great and the rooms are so well equipped. This hotel thinks of everything with nice touches wherever you look. Free minibar, Alexa, phone charging points and super comfortable beds. The location is great too with Darling Harbour in your doorstep and a convenience store close by. I will be back next trip to Sydney

Hotel was easy to find and parking was close and convenient to the hotel. Reception Staff were very polite, friendly and informative in relation to our room type called the "Shoebox". Our room although compact had EVERYTHING we needed, everything was clean and well maintained and the freee mini bar was so very welcomed especially when we needed a snack at midnight and a cold fizzy drink the next morning after a big night out. Value for money and close to transport and Sydney's attractions. Definitely would stay again.

This place is amazing. I really love, love, LOVE their business model. Our room was small but extremely functional - it was obvious that quite a bit of thought had gone in to it. I appreciated the refillable pump packs of shampoo, conditioner, body wash, body lotion and hand wash rather than the small, wasteful packs you usually get. Everything in the mini bar (including all alcohol, chips, nuts and confectionary) was free and who doesn't like a freebie????? There was a choice of a buffet or hot breakfast and excellent coffee. The staff were very friendly and helpful. It was only 5 minutes walk from Darling Harbour and 10 minutes walk from the Lyric Theatre. On top of that, there were jars of lollies around the hotel which you could help yourself to. We will definitely be staying there again.

My stay was great. The room was clean and nice, free minibar and some snacks. All the staff were really friendly and helpful. The daily breakfast from the a la carte menu was delicious. The location was very convenient and Darling Harbour was just a short walk away. I would definitely stay here again as well recommend it to my family and friends.

Perfect Stay for NYE”

It costs more than usual to stay on New Year's Eve, yet everything's worth the price! The location is a few minutes' walk to Darling Harbour, and nice cafes and Coles are close to the hotel as well. Every staff is welcoming, cheerful, and friendly. Amenities provided are joyful surprises. Impressive and memorable - we'd love to choose this hotel to stay again!

Great hotel with a lot of personality! Room was lovely with a very high ceiling and very clean. Less than 10 minute walk from The Star. Staff very friendly and accommodating - we were always greeted with a smile!

Wow factor is huge!”

I loved my stay at Ovolo 1888 - this property is just beautiful with so many features the old guard hotels could learn from. The restaurant was excellent with some lovely wines and great meals. I am very disappointed that my stay was only for one night. I look forward to heading back another time.

Fantastically located minutes from Darling Harbour and easy to get everywhere around Sydney from here. The bar is basically the lobby and guests are very friendly which was nice as a solo traveller. Rooms are charming and trendy - I would certainly stay here again!

The minute I walked into the hotel, everything was warm and nice. Receptionist was friendly and helpful. Check in was fast! The room was clean. Everything in the mini bar (including alcohols) were FREE! Complimentary bottled water. Then you get free flow candies and infused water in the lobby! Love the design of the hotel too! What more can you ask! Thank you for making our stay a pleasant one!

Gem in the city”

Stayed with them for our 3rd anniversary and they gave us a free bottle of wine for it. Pro's - few minutes walk to CBD. Everything in the rooms mini bar is free and is replinished daily. (Includes beer/wine) Free sweets at the lounge

Funky and friendly hotel”

Loved our overnight stay at Ovolo 1888. The staff at reception were excellent and super friendly. The design of the hotel is unique and very cool. The downstairs bar and restaurant area is also a great place to hang out. We were fortunate to get an upgrade to a loft room which was spacious, modern and really well designed with everything thought of. The location was great also as it was just behind Darling Harbour so an easy walk there or around Pyrmont. We couldnt fault it and would happily stay there again. Thanks Ovolo 1888

Trendy hotel with nice extra touches”

Great location for darling harbour and convention centre. Nice little touches like the free unlimited minibar, Alexa, iPad, and sulfate free shampoo/conditioner. Mister Percy is a great restaurant (food much better than most tourist traps around Darling Harbour) which is conveniently in the lobby. They also have a shower in the lobby bathroom that can be used post AM checkout, to freshen up before an evening flight. Would have appreciated a firmer pillow - those provided were too soft for my liking. Overall a great short stay in Sydney.

OVERNIGHT STAY ”

i booked the Ovolo as we were going to watch a show at The Star. Its only down the road from the casino and sits behind Darling Harbour. Great Location as it was easy to drive and park straight across the road from the hotel. I had stayed at their Wolloommooloo Hotel before and loved it. So its the same great set up but on a smaller scale. The staff are wonderful too. Would recommend to couples and friends, maybe not to families with small kids...
