Perfect 2 nights”
The perfect three days at the end of a busy holiday to rest and prepare for the flights back to the UK. On my next trip to Sydney I would not consider another hotel.
Our stay was extremely enjoyable and we felt very pampered. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the location was excellent. We had a room with a view of the Opera House which was fantastic as the Vivid festival was on.
Standard not quite up to scratch”
Service was not up to standard for a hotel of this calibre - staff a bit hopeless and messed up our booking/early check in. We had an opera view room but room was on an angle so you only actually had a view of the opera house when standing at the far side of the room. For a hotel of this type (and this price point), should be better. But still a lovely hotel.
staff were fantastic I was proposing to my partner on the weekend and they were excellent. Helped out to make it even more memorable
Lovely hotel facing the habour”
Hotel room was huge but it was expected as it was super super expensive. Staff were great and well trained. Located at the rocks, quite far from everything. I enjoyed the hotel but probably would book somewhere else next time since it was not worth the high price.
Our stay was absolutely amazing! Staff were amazing. A staff member drove us in the hotel car to dinner which was awesome. Rooms were perfect as was the pool area and the view is gorgeous.
Park Hyatt Sydney”
great location and view spectacular”
Wonderful experience the only disappointment was that the Dining Room Evening meal was rushed by the staff we were served entrée and main within 40 minutes of sitting down, not a five star experience when you are paying 5 star prices.
Apart from the noise from the piling construction it was good.
Our stay was wonderful - pity that it was only for one night. The staff delivered a personalized service and the room was luxurious.
Lucury with a veiw”
The staff were very helpful and responsive. The cost is well above the value of the room (even given the view) and for $800 per night, one would expect breakfast to be included, however this is not the case. The rooms are well appointed and large, but there was not terribly much that set it above other hotels in the area that cost 1/3 the price.
comfortable hotel with great views”
great, quiet and peacefull, great views, easy access to the city centre and food outlets
Everything is superb”
probably the best hotel we have ever stayed in.”
great stay and worth every penny. doesnt get any better.
Great location, beautiful views perfect hotel”
The staff are friendly and helpfull. The hotel clean, luxury and its grand entry for 5 star hotel. The great location with a good view of Darling harbour and Sydney Opera. The room big enough and carry the great name of Hyatt
Amazing harbour location with impecable views of Opera House & Harbour Bridge. You won't want to leave your room.

A beautiful hotel, great service.Good location, within walking distance to Circular Quay, Opera House and City centre with a magnificent view, especially at night.
Best Hotel with great staff and service”
The food served on our first night in the Restaurant was cold and had to be returned. Room size was big. The Fire alarm went off twice on our last night.
