Medium hotel. But be careful with the staffs”

Everything is medium: budget, location, cleanliness, facilities. However, be careful with the staffs. We had rent a bike from 7:00pm to 3:00pm next day, but they charged us fee for 2 days. They explained that if we used the bike over 12:00pm, it will be 1 day extra. They did not tell us initially, they only told that when we made the payment. That's so uncomfortable!

Cheap, dirty and over price”

Its was bad experience with Phu My Hotel. Quite cheap, dirty and inconvenient location. Far from city center.

Polite and helpful staff”

Location is a little far away from central. Polite and helpful staff. At one point, it got a bit rowdy inside at night - maybe from other guests. Thanks very much for all during my stay.

Good Hotel in Bad Location”

The room was clean but smelled damp. Bathroom would lock itself so you would need a key everytime. Staff were very helpful but spoke very little English. It would have been fine for the price we paid if it wasn't very far from the beach and the restaurants / bars.

Value for money”

The staff was nice. Room was clean. Best for backpacking travel :)

Simple and inexpensive”

We stayed just one night as our next accommodation was full. Phu My filled the gap nicely. It is fresh, simple and clean. The staff spoke little English (as one might expect in a non-English speaking country) yet were courteous and nice. We were pleasantly surprised with the room, it's good aircon, decent sized TV and supplied toiletries - especially for the price. If you are looking for somewhere cheap yet newish and more than acceptable, give Phu My a go.

Kein angenehmer Aufenthalt auf Phu Quoc Island”

- Der Straßenlärm ist in allen Zimmern inklusive. Hotel liegt an einer sehr belebten Kreuzung. Wir hatten die erste Nacht ein Zimmer direkt an der Straße. An Schlaf war nicht zu denken. Nach intensiver Diskussion mit dem Personal war ein kostenfreier Zimmerwechel möglich. - Personal besitzt wenig / keine Englischkenntnisse - Neues Zimmer war neben einer hauseigenen Baustelle gelegen. Ab 06:00am war Arbeitsbeginn und an Schlaf nicht zu denken. Ein weiterer Zimmerwechsel hätte uns 100.000VND/Tag gekostet. - Hotel besitzt einen Pooltable, welcher bis spät in die Nacht (02:00am) lautstark genutzt wurde. - Einen gesamten Tag lang wurde durch die Baumaßnahmen die Hauselelektrik abgeschaltet. Nichts ging mehr. + Saubere Räume + Motorbike-Verleih (sofern welche vorrätig) Wir können dieses Hotel für einen ruhigen mehrtägigen Aufenthalt auf Phu Quoc Island nicht empfehlen. Für eine Nacht ist es allerdings ausreichend.

Preis/ leistung ist in Ordnung. bemühte und freundliche Rezeption mit wenig englisch kenntnissen. mit roller schnell am longbeach. zu Fuß etwas weit.

Nằm trong thị trấn nhưng không gần bãi biển , giá phòng cao so với chất lượng . Nên chọn phòng ở đường Trần Hưng Đạo thì tốt hơn.
