Not bad and not great”
Firstly, ive always wanted to stay here and finally we did. Lets start with the cons: 1. yes its next to the beach but not sure id swim there. Theres a “heated” pool which is not warm at all! Such a shame as i was really hoping it would be pleasant. 2. Housekeeping didn’t come to do our room until 4pm which was too late as we had been out all day exploring and exhausted to have someone start housekeeping so we just asked for clean towels. 3. Staff were helpful but service should be more consistent. Double expresso coffee was horrible. I asked for an omelette to be made as i went around the buffet to toast my bread and make a coffee etc, it had been 15mins so i followed up with staff. She asked where am i sitting and confirmed what i had offered therefore it hadn’t been processed. My husband had finished his breakfast and i had to make more toast and coffee as i waited another 15mins! Not exactly 5 star. 4. All in all the resort is Ok, nice views. Pls note if you stay with lake view its down a hill thats why they have buggies to help with luggage. Meal was nice and location is 15mins out from Dunsborough. Our room the villa studio made this electrical faulty nose or it was just the fridge (loud) during the night/morning its quiet. If you ask, is it worth the price, my answer is no. Is it nice? Yes it is.

Booked a getaway to celebrate my hubby's bday. Our stay was very relaxing and our room was very nice and clean. Amenities were top notch and made my hubby's bday extra special with little touches here and there. Could not fault them. The massage at the Vie Spa was so relaxing and their staff so lovely especially Joshika and Salote and the spa receptionist (im sorry I didnt get her name!) The check in staff and restaurant staff were very nice and accommodating. Could not fault our stay! Only thing is we didnt get to swim in their pool which was so picturesque. I guess more reasons for us to come back. All the best to the Pullman Team!

Spacious Apartment! ”
Booked the apartment with lake view. The space is great and the whole resort is classy and elegant. Only complaint I had was the balcony, it was filled with bird's dropping on the floor and railings, and was so dirty that we didn't even get to enjoy it. Spoke with the staff and they said that nothing much can be done as the birds come and go. However, I feel that it should be better managed and cleaned up before we even check in. Overall, we are happy with the place as the area is lovely and close to a few amazing nature attractions. Will be happy to come back again.

Relaxing Stay”
Stayed 2 nights at the Pullman Bunker Bay Resort. Love the spacious & clean space. The view from the restaurant was great. However limited breakfast buffet selection (it was the same for the 2 mornings). Pool was supposed to be heated but did not feel so in the cold. A short walk to the lovely beach. It was a quaint and nice stay.

We have waiting a while to get a booking at this very popular place, so when we got a booking just for a 1 nighter, I was glad we booked it only for 1 night. This place is tired and the breakfast was a trow back from yester year...let me start at the beginning. I rang ahead on the day of check in after requesting an early check in. The person on the other side assured me that he will ring me back to let me know how they progressing with getting our room ready. There was no ringing back and when we arrived 30 minutes too early for the room ( 1.30pm) we were told that the room was not ready...gggrrr. The logical thing of we could leave our bags there and they will take it to our room and maybe get a cocktail free on arrival for the inconvenience caused was unheard of. We went for lunch in Dunsborough and on return had to wait again to check in after filling in all forms...they were a bit flustered. Upon arriving in the room I was a little disappointed as I had just returned from The Westin 5 star in Pune, India. This is definitely not 5 star and should be relegated to around a 3 star. The room was clean but tired. All the fittings and furniture needs a complete 360....anyway we endured sleeping on hard beds which left my back paining and early morning headed down to brekkie. OMW!!! The lay-out, items and selection were so out of date, I was just aghast and astounded. Bacon was not cooked properly, hollandaise sauce was split and on display....The poor staff were flustered due to the number of people there at brekkie. I noticed that most of the staff were still in training. I know that in general I have experienced that Australians don't like questions however here it was even worst...I decided to keep my questions to myself and just go with the flow...will I ever return to this place again? No no, defs no...I have experienced 5 star and I am concerned when this place is rated 5 star....
