On 28th September 2018 I've checked in at Marriott putrajaya and checked out on 29th September 2018 . My partner and I checked in at very late that time was at 10pm. Sadly next day I've informed the duty manager name SHAM to check out at 3pm due to my partner have a booked spa at 12.30pm also my observation the room occupancy very low at the mentioned hotel. Secondly most of the room facilities not functioning such as mini bar, bed lamp shade, iron .most of all the wash room unpleasant with a lot of wall mouldy,hair on the floor. I do hope the management will look into this issue. Excellent service FO RORY/ROSITA/LINIE F&B SHERLEY LOUNGE CORNEL .Nevertheless this is 5 star international chain hotel.
the hotel is a little dated but you can imagine the grandeur of this place before. Location is a bit remote too though there is a new mall just 10-15 mins walk from the hotel. They also offer shuttle between the mall and hotel on specified time. The pool is nice though I didn't get a chance to use it. Room is big and bed is good too. Breakfast buffet is just okay, nothing special. The staffs are friendly though.
my window view had a pillar nearby with full of lizard poops. The staff was unfriendly except for the one person who checked me in (apparently she was not even the receptionist). I pass by the reception and asked, which level is for the breakfast buffet will be held tomorrow, and the respond was bad. I called for room service to provide me "sejadah for prayer" when he reached my room, the person was so unfriendly, gave me the unfriendly face and didnt even say anything once I said thank you to him.
From car park to lobby is quite complicated due to lift is broken. Lobby smell a bit oily because of kitchen nearby. Room size so far not bad but is dirty since layer of dust on table and sofa, obviously cleaner is not doing their work well. Sound proof is bad as well since midnight time there are kids crying. Not suggest anyone if want to relax and chill in this hotel.
