“Superb Hotel Service could be better”
Superb location with walking distance to great food and attractions nearby. My reservation was a family room with a king and bunk bed. upon check-in, was given a room with just a king bed. Super shortchanged and felt like the service staff was trying their luck with a smaller room. Simple ask for ice bucket and was told by the reception staff that I could only get it from the Bar. requested from the bar staff and was told will be given shortly but was literally forgotten cleanly despite only having 2 guests at his bar counter. Approached the reception lady if someone else could help with the simple ask and was told she is busy and just have to wait for the bar staff (when no one was at the reception at all I.e. not attending to anything). It's a pity that the service level of the staff is a discredit to the superb location and outlook of the hotel.
