No doubt the hotel view is very nice. The bathroom water doesn’t flow smoothly and flooded the room. Then the bathtub spoiled and we need to get it fixed. The daily breakfast view is great. But we have a lady that swipe floor in front of us every 5 mins when we having our breakfast. And oh.. remember to check your cutleries before start eating, they might forget to change a new set after the last cust dine in. Staff is friendly but it will be really good if they can understand English. Overall hotel is nice with good facilities but poorly maintained hotel room. I dont think it worth the price that i’m paying.

New Excellent Facilities ”
This place gets a bad rap, but they deserve a tonne of credit. Pool is stunning, barpool is equally stunning with a jacuzzi and steam room/ sauna that is well managed. Although it is harder to find than some, it is a great 5 star hotel where the staff do care and you will have a very good time. Highly recommended

Great stay, facilities and rooms are definitely of a 5 star standard !! The suite room is absolutely beautiful. As others have said, some staff don’t speak English so well - but this is only a minor hindrance. The woman who was in charge on level 5 for breakfast was absolutely lovely and took care of any questions her staff couldn’t answer :)

Everything is great, breakfast is good. I stay here due to the view of the swimming pool but the swimming pool is too deep for all of us. Therefore is kind of dangerous there. & there dont have many restaurants nearby

Beautiful clean hotel, a little outside of Nha Trang centre, which was a perfect way to avoid the hoards of Russians. The soaker tub on the deck was gorgeous, with a perfect view. This would have been the most relaxing way to spend the morning if I had not had a drone flying on to the balcony to have a peek. This was not the responsibility of the hotel but my suggestion would be to wear some clothing while taking your bath. Breakfast was abundant but not the best I've had during my stay. The club upstairs was pretty empty and the pool was small but clean however lacking of any sun which made it a bit to cool even in 33 degree heat. - Perfect rooms though.... Worth it.

Comfortable beds and great breakfast buffet. The pool is lovely and a nice place for relaxing. We appreciated the convenience of the beach shuttle, and it was nice to have towels and chairs waiting there. Be aware that the restaurants and bars here add on service charges and taxes to all menu items, so you will pay a bit more than expected.

Beautiful hotel. Fantastic breakfast! Definitely worth the money and very luxurious. Not right on the beach of Nha Trang but that was fine for less crowded.

What a waste of our time. ”
We arrived in Nha Trang looking forward to our stay 6 night stay at Boton Blue. We arrived and was not greeted at the taxi. Had to carry our cases up the stairs to reception and didn’t receive a welcome drink. The conversation started off ‘ we require a 2million dong deposit for breakages ‘. We finally got to our room and unpacked and noticed we had no hot water. We complained three times and the staff tried to convince us that we did. We also paid for a sea view and had a lovely view of a run down building. They agreed to give us a higher room as the water was hotter as you went up the building. We went to get the shuttle on two occasions to the beach and was told they never had a private beach even though that’s why we chose the hotel. On the third night we thought we would go up to the roof bar for a late night drink, we ordered two Brandy and cokes but was told we couldn’t have them unless we bought a bottle which worked out to be £150. We left the next day three days early

Beautiful hotel poor management ”
We are currently staying here and it is a stunning hotel, I find there is to much staff and they are not very helpful nor do they understand English well, there is 3 restaurants we went to go to one for lunch and they were all closed, what’s the point in having 3 restaurants if they are closed? We also went to have breakfast this morning was told it finishes at 10:30am and we arrived around 10:10am and they had packed everything up already. I asked the male in reception to help me get a food delivery and wrote everything down he told us to sit down as the line was busy so we waited abit and then just went back to the room, 2 hrs later I called to check where our food was and they told me to come back down and do it all again he lost the paper and didn’t even bother to call our room and let us know. If you choose to stay at this hotel expect them to not really understand your English or be to helpful with you with anything, I believe the hotel is quite new but some management and customer service training is really needed especially for there English speaking guests. Also be prepared to pay around $9 Australian each way to get into main town as this hotel is far.

Misunderstanding at Check Out”
I was checking out last day property but reception told me that I took one towel even if I putted all staff in the room. They took around 20 minutes so that was too uncomfortable because wasn't our fault and We lost time to go to the airport. I had high expectations about Vietnam and this hotel but at least I felt so disappointed cuz the attitude of the staff with customers was rude even if the Hotel did something wrong they didn't apologize.

This place is superb. Great room and new hotel, extreme cleanliness. I remember having a free 10 minutes face massage which was so comfortable. The infinity ocean view private balcony is crazily amazing. Also, there is a bathtub on the other side of the balcony on the room type I booked, which is very special. The rainshower bath is so comfortable. The “private beach” is acceptable with free shuttle / taxi service. I can feel that this new hotel is really paying A LOT OF effort in treating their guests nicely. I highly recommend it.

we stay 1 night in the hotel and the facilities and service are impressed. we book a taxi transfer to the airport and confirmed the rate with the reception staff is fixed at 320K dong but the taxi driver requested us to pay according to his meter,500K+ and we try to explain to him and at the end, he persists to charge us 400K. hopefully, the hotel can communicate with the taxi service to avoid misunderstanding between guest and driver.
