A Balanced Stay at Shangri-La Jakarta”
I recently had the opportunity to stay at the Shangri-La Hotel in Jakarta from 30 March to 3 April 2024 (yes, am still here while writing this review). As an avid traveller with a keen eye for detail, I'm here to share my honest thoughts and experiences during my stay at this esteemed establishment. Upon arrival, I was greeted warmly by the staff, and the check-in process was smooth and efficient. The receptionist provided all necessary information about the hotel amenities and facilities, making me feel welcomed and valued as a guest. The room I stayed in was well-appointed and offered a comfortable retreat after an early morning flight. The bed was luxurious and provided a restful night's sleep. The hotel boasts impressive facilities, and I particularly enjoyed the refreshing swim in the pool and the attentive service provided by the staff. I had the pleasure of dining at the hotel's restaurants during my stay. The culinary offerings were diverse but taste wise could be better, with a range of international cuisines to choose from. However, the prices were on the higher side compared to similar establishments. In conclusion, my stay at the Shangri-La Hotel Jakarta was okay. While the hotel excels in providing luxury accommodations and top-notch facilities, there were some areas, that could be improved upon. Despite these shortcomings, I would consider staying at the Shangri-La again in the future, as the overall experience was positive and memorable. I hope this review provides valuable feedback for both the hotel management and future guests. With a few adjustments, the Shangri-La Hotel Jakarta has the potential to become an even more exceptional destination for traveller’s seeking comfort and luxury in the heart of Jakarta.

It's my first time in Jakarta and opted to stay in Shangri-La and it did not disappoint! I had a long flight and came around 1:30AM, the staff was prompt and very kind and even sent me to the elevator, I like how he did the check in fast so I could rest. The room is complete with toiletries, view at night was spectacular. I like how the hotel is very clean and has extra security, it make me feel safe as a solo traveller in Jakarta. It's like in a safe compound that is hidden from the streets. Staff were all very kind and welcoming, I really loved my stay. If you're still thinking abut this hotel, I suggest you do it, no regrets. Price is very affordable as well. I will definately comeback here when I visit Jakarta. Thank you Shangri-la for making my trip so memorable!

No doubt for Shangri-la Jakarta. From services to facilities are amazing! If you wondering about their foods, please try by yourself. I believe you’ll satisfy and come back for sure. We stayed during NYE, the hotel packed with guests, but we still felt comfortable since all staffs were excellent in handling such the situation. We had pleasant stay in Shangri-la, and will come back definitely! Thank you Shangri-la!

Saya baru saja menginap di Shangri-La Hotel dan pengalaman saya sungguh luar biasa. Dari awal check-in hingga check-out, semuanya berjalan lancar dan memuaskan. 1. Pelayanan: Staf hotel sangat ramah dan profesional. Mereka selalu siap membantu dengan senyuman, dan kebutuhan saya ditangani dengan cepat. Bahkan, saya sempat meminta Extra Bed, dan mereka mengantarkannya dalam waktu singkat. 2. Kamar: Kamar yang saya tempati bersih, luas, dan nyaman. Tempat tidurnya sangat empuk, membuat tidur saya begitu nyenyak. Fasilitas seperti TV, AC, dan kamar mandi juga berfungsi dengan baik. Pemandangan dari jendela kamar sangat menakjubkan, bisa melihat City light view dan Fireworks saat pergantian malam tahun baru 2025. 3. Fasilitas: Hotel ini memiliki kolam renang yang indah, gym yang lengkap, dan restoran dengan makanan yang lezat. Sarapan pagi di restoran hotel sangat memuaskan, dengan banyak pilihan menu lokal dan internasional. Kolam renang yang kids friendly menambah keseruan menginap kami. 4. Lokasi: Lokasinya strategis, dekat dengan pusat perbelanjaan dan tempat wisata. Sangat memudahkan saya untuk bepergian selama menginap. Kesimpulan: Saya sangat merekomendasikan Hotel ini kepada siapa saja yang mencari kenyamanan dan pelayanan terbaik. Saya pasti akan kembali menginap di sini jika ada kesempatan lagi!
My first choice hotel for family staycation”
Very clean room, have a very nice waterpark, my kids were so happy,, very delicious breakfast meal,, special notice for one of restaurant staff for noticing that my baby have difficulties choose her breakfast and that staff approaching us and offer a pancake,, very nice gesture shang-ri la,, definitely will come back
