ห้องที่เราพักเป็นห้องที่มี Private Onsen ห้องกว้างและใหญ่มาก สะอาด พนักงานให้การต้อนรับเป็นอย่างดี พนักงานบางคนพูดภาษาอังกฤษไม่คล่องเท่าไหร่แต่ก็มีความพยายามที่จะสื่อสารกับเรา ยิ้มแย้มเเจ่มใสพร้อมที่จะช่วยเหลือ อาหารของเรารวมไปกับราคาห้องเเล้ว ได้อาหารเป็นคอร์ส รสชาติโอเคสำหรับเรา โรงเเรมค่อนข้างไกลจากร้านสะดวกซื้อ แนะนำให้ซื้อน้ำหรือขนมติดเข้าไป โดยรวมราคาก็แอบแรงอยู่นะ ห้องที่เราพักคืนละ20,000กว่าบาท แต่เราและเเฟนชอบมากค่ะ เราโอเคกับการบริการและ ความสงบเป็นส่วนตัวของที่นี่ค่ะ

ไปพักที่นี้ช่วงฤดูหนาวคะ หิมะตก สวยมากใกล้ๆที่พักมีเทศกาลน้ำแข็ง บรรยากาศภายใน รร สวยมาก มีห้องสำหรับนั่งจิบชา กาแฟ ดูหิมะตก มีเพลงให้ฟัง ชิลๆ แนะนำออนเซนด้วยคะ out door ช่วงหิมะตก อาหารเย็น เช้า/ อร่อย และเยอะมาก จัดมาเป็นเซ็ทเลย ห้องพักสะอาด โดยรวมแล้ว ประทับใจ มีโอกาศจะกลับมาพักใหม่คะ

ประทับใจในความเงียบ สงบ แต่ไม่มี wifi ซึ่งไม่ดีเลยสำหรับยุคสมัยนี้ ขาดการติดต่อซึ่งเรามีงานที่ต้องติดต่อทาง internet ทำให้ขาดโอกาสในการติดต่องาน

Gorgeous hotel and top notch experience!”
Best hotel of our stay in Hokkaido. Hotel staff was efficient, prompt, attentive to details and warm. Made us feel so welcome despite the language barrier. Rooms were gorgeous, clean, well maintained, luxurious. Plenty of amenities, complimentary drip coffee( in VERY limited quantities), sushi/night snack, very interesting tea lounge on the 2nd floor, snacks, games... makes you want to stay on forever! Restaurant was great too! Service was impeccable, great kaiseki dinner experience. Definitely a luxurious experience that makes you yearn to return.

Great Japanese Resort Hotel”
Everything is perfect with two areas for improvement. Firstly, we arrived before 6pm and was told by the receptionist that no dinner is available anymore as all are reserved. Moreover there is no restaurant opening at that time in nearby area. What a surprise! We literally could not have dinner at the hotel, neither could we find a restaurant nearby! We had to drive 40 mins to Chitose city to have our dinner and then drive another 40 mins to come back to hotel! Given the circumstances, the hotel should have enough restaurants and chefs to ensure every guest can have dinner in the hotel! Secondly, most hotel rooms just have twin bed configuration which is not suitable for couples. This kind inflexible bed configuration should be improved taking into consideration of the needs for couples to sleep together.

High end resort with privacy”
It is a very detailed high end onsen resort. The bed is with great comfort and we love our private onsen. Breakfast is semi buffet style. The hotel also has distilled coffee made over the night, which is kind of an art. You can enjoy the coffee with the snow view of the lake in the morning. We love the welcoming cocktail as well. Will definitely stay again with dinner when we come back to this area.

Perfect vacation”
Super impressed by the location, service, and views from lobby & common area—pretty much everything! Our room was facing the lake, which was perfect. Room was spacious compared to Japanese standard. Bathroom was immaculately clean. We booked dinner during our stay, and the food was excellent. Also, close proximity to the red bridge and view point. If we were to visit Lake Shikotsu again in the future, we’d definitely stay here again.

Outstanding hotel and staff”
Hotel is beautiful and cozy. Staff is friendly and helpful and try their best to help you in English if you don't know Japanese. Onsen is wonderful, and facilities super clean. Finally food is really good, breakfast is super filling, kaiseki dinner is gorgeous. Loved every bit of it. Thanks again to Suga for his excellent service

I love this hotel”
Hubby and I stayed one night at this hotel in mid-January (self-drive, so access was not an issue). Upon checking in, I found a reading lamp not working and the staff came to check and moved us to another room without delay. The room was nice, though the lake view was obstructed a bit by the parking space. The onsen facilities here are excellent. We did try both the public and private ones and absolutely loved the experience. Breakfast was good. Overall, very impressed with this hotel and what they had to offer.

Spacious room and great service ”
The Ryokan is about 40 drive to the New Chitose Airport. The twin-room is modern spacious, clean, has a big toilet with a stand-alone tub. There is also a sitting area next to the window. The ryokan has spacious lobby area and reservable onsen room. It offers free flow of coffee at the lobby, morning snacks and night light supper. The kaiseki dinner was excellent too. One issue I had was that the photo shown in Agoda for the twin-room in-room was one with an onsen bath. When I clarified with the manager, he was kind to call Agoda. When Agoda insisted that my booking did not include onsen in the room though the reservation page on the apps showed that photo, the Ryokan manager was kind to explain that all rooms with onsen were taken up and he offered us a complimentary use of the reserved bath.

Fantastic hotel with awesome Service ”
The hotel is great and the staff service is just awesome. They are friendly, sincere and generous. The only feedback is the bathtub is huge and no handle to assist in getting in & out, which could be a bit dangerous as it gets slippery. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Thank you to the staff & management.

Superb Ryokan”
We were just a few minutes walk from the Lake Shikotsu Festival. It was just outstanding. Plus points as the onsen is open late so we get to warm up after braving the cold temperatures during the festival. Food was superb too! And the staff were all courteous and helpful

Simply amazing ”
This hotel offers all the relaxation and luxury you could desire. It was not overly crowded, it was peaceful and lovely. If you get breakfast and dinner included, know that the food is entirely Japanese (no western food) and is very heavy on seafood. We loved it!

the staff were really nice. room is very spacious, the only down side is the lake view. can't really see the lake with all the trees blocked. not many people stay here, so we have the onsen all to ourselves. overall, a great stay here.

the chitose station is only 2 stops away from the airport, perfect to relax there for a day with beautiful scenery, food and hospitality before heading back to airport.

what a pretty that we arrived at around 2200 and need to checkout at 1000 tomorrow that had insufficient time to take a private hot spring there. It has been put into my re-visit list.

The area around the hotel doesn't have many dining options for dinner, so you may want to consider dining at the hotel. I think they have both kaiseki and ala carte options.
