Incredible value and wonderful service ”
The suite’s layout was very comfortable and clean, the accommodation includes entry to the nearby anytime fitness - a REAL gym complete with all of the equipment needed for a killer workout, and theres a complimentary coffee truck in the lobby that offers guests fresh barista coffee every morning! Big thanks to Suzan on reception for going out of hey way to make our stay wonderful, that said all of the staff were polite and made is feel extremely welcome. Highly recommend this hotel, I think other hotels could certainly learn a lot about great service from this team.

12 Days Stay and nothing to complain about ”
We stayed for 12 days and nothing to complain about. Great location surrounded with shopping centres and restaurants. Not too far from Sydney’s tourist spots. Best of all, our room is quiet that we can’t even hear other neighbours. It has all the convenience of having a kitchenette, fridge, stove, microwave, built in dishwasher and washer/dryer. We can adjust our room temperature from heat to air conditioning. Bathroom with big shower stall. Complimentary cappuccino and muffins everyday. Friendly staff and good housekeeping. We highly recommend Silkari Suites!

Fantastic apartment and location ”
We stayed 1 night in a 2 bedroom apartment with small narrow balcony. The experience was fabulous from excellent communication with Kellie via email and the actual apartment. It was well appointed with everything you’d need for a longer stay- we’d definitely stay there again. Beds were comfy and the place was really clean. 10/10 Thanks

Great room for excellent value ”
I can not fault Silkari Suites Chatswood at all. Our stay was perfect. Staff were warm and friendly and our room was large, clean and inviting. Thank you!

Great location and Happy stay!”
The hotel located nearby the chatswood station which just 3nto 5 minutes walking distance, and there are 2 big shopping mall cross the road. I must recommend to have a breakfast at the flower child cafe , is a very nice place to start your morning. The room is spacious and comfortable, with complimentary of all the hot and latest movies which Iove to watching before my bedtime. The only pullback is the curtain at the living room is transparent, is not so convenient and definitely not privacy. As the room I booked is a executive studio, the walk way from the bathroom and the living room is look.through from the bedroom.

Nicely Located, nice and well maintained”
Chatswood is a very nice place to stay. It has everything even till late at night. Coles is just 3 minutes walk and there are plenty of good restaurant just minutes of walk away. Rooms are spacious and modern while they provide you to access the Anytime Fitness 24 hours a day. Price is definitely reasonable with complimentary parking

Great option in Chatswood! Exceeded expections”
Hotel exceeded our expectations. Was modern, clean and a great location. Lovely amenities, robes and slippers provided. Beds were comfortable and linen was new and clean.

Very nice hotel. Great you have a sitting room, with all the mod cons, including washing machine, coffee maker, microwave and more. Very Clean and friendly staff at the front desk. Nice and central to the shops. Would highly recommend.

Good for business and family travel”
We have stayed at Silkari many times since it opened. The suites are always well maintained and equipped for for a single traveller or family group. The many eating locations close by increase its convenience.

Reasonably priced for a good location”
Very spacious room with complete amenities. Few mins walk from the train and metro at Chatswood. Brilliant service. Area of improvement - provide black out curtains and maybe slightly tougher pillows. But can't really find any other faults.

Spacious room with kitchen facilities., Friendly staff with great advice. Location next to Westfield and station close by to get to Sydney CBD (25min).

Love staying at Silkari - can be more noisy in lower floors from activities outside so higher floors may be better for more quiet

Front office supervisor Jackie”
At c/In, early c/in was not possible due to hotel being full and I urgently needed to do some computer work, then Jackie kindly offered to use function room where there was an internet connection which saved my work by not disappointing people. I wish to appreciate Jackie's tailored made professionalism for each individual with warmth. And her people skill is very natural, effortless and certainly an asset to the property Silkari. NB: my last review page was disconnected during writing, this review is incorporated with my last stay therefore.

Silkari Suites Chatswood is very centrally located. The rooms are comfortable, staffs helpful and friendly. We have stayed there several times and would come back again next time when we visit Sydney!
