To do so, kindly send me the copy of your name card so I know you do work at the hotel as well as your hand phone phone number to send you the copy of my transfer slip and the bank name and account number I must use to transfer the amount. We were given a room in the basement. There was a stench / smell in the room and permanent noise from a nearby construction site. We checked out after 20mins as it was impossible to stay there. Staff was awkward, only kept asking for deposit and told us we had to take off our shoes. No refund was given however - what a ripoff place! Avoid at all costs!

Overbearing Staff and Owner”
Only stay here because it’s cheap, clean, and in a nice location... The staff are young and rude. The owner lives across the street and monitors your coming and going. After our first night here, the cleaning lady cleaned our room, which we wanted. However, when we returned the staff told us that there was alcohol in our room and if the owner finds out we’re drinking after 10pm she’ll call the police. The next day, the cleaner cleaned our room. And when we returned the staff told us “we have ice in our freezer and that is not allowed so they threw it in the trash.” We are very polite professionals just in town on holiday exploring Bangkok; Causing no problems. But this place treats their guests like we’re children. I will never return and stay here.

We loved the location of this place. You have several street food options all around you. The place itself is super clean and very well designed. Do keep in mind that there is a big construction site next door and can get a little noisy in the morning. The ladies at the reception were awesome. I would like to thank them again for thier professionalism and kindness.

Lovely place to stay ”
We had a great stay here. The lady who runs the apartments is so kind and helpful and she upgraded our room to a lovely, large room on arrival which was such a nice treat! Great location and near to public transport. Breakfast is simple but does the job! Would definitely recommend :)

Since you have secretly brought 2 peaple outsiders, we have to see if the people who visit you. it is safety for all guests in the accommodation. In order to bring outside personnel, you must bring them to register at the lobby before entering your room. We have CCTV cameras installed in every place except the room. We watch CCTV all the time. It is a security check with all the guests in the accommodation. If there are external personnel entering the property, it is not safe for all guests. 2) Entering your room there We have received your permission. Fiirst checked in this property was impressed very clean n very conveniently located near BTS ,MRT ,night market and red light district but also very inconvenient for house guests no phone in the room so if you in need of something you have to walk downstairs only one lady on duty from 8 am to 10 pm so after 10 pm there is no one here to help no daily room service. My room was smelly for 4 days cos no one come to clean and empty the trash she promised to clean every couples day but she didn’t and eventually I have to ask for a clean towel and toilet paper one BiG issue was the house rule stated that if we need to bring any visitor in our room please present their valid proof of ID to the reception which my guest did and she just let my guest waited in lobby while I was in my room taking shower. I was very pissed off I never experienced this horrible act which hotel in Thailand won’t allow guests in your room ? Won’t recommend this property if you are a single gay male.
