Seaplane Transfer Roundtrip Velana Intl Airport/Siyam World (shared)
• Adult (12 years and above) USD 490 per adult return INCLUSIVE of all taxes
• Child (02 years - 11.99 years) USD 295 per child return INCLUSIVE of all taxes
• Infant (0 years - 1.99 years) FOC
• All Seaplane Transfer guests will have access to Sun Siyam Lounge facility (only during ARRIVAL) at the seaplane terminal. Every effort will be made to transfer the guest to the resort within 3 hours of arriving at the Lounge, subject to vendor services.
• Baggage allowance is 20kg and 5kg hand luggage, per person for both services. Any excess baggage is chargeable and will have to be paid directly to the service provider at USD 5.00 per kg + GST charges. In extraordinary circumstances, luggage may be transported by a later flight (policies & procedures as per TMA regulations). Resort does not take any liability for delay in the guest luggage due to these reasons.
• Infants are not entitled to any baggage allowance.
• The resort must receive full flight details at least 7 days prior to the arrival in order to guarantee the transfer seats. Failure to do so may result in additional waiting time at the airport Lounge or overnight in Malé at the client’s additional cost.
• Departing guests will be transferred to the airport at least 3 hours in advance of the scheduled departure time of the international flight.
• Guests departing Malé on an international flight prior to 9 AM will be transferred late the previous afternoon by Seaplane. Accommodation can be booked in Malé at an additional cost.
• For all seaplane transfers (arrivals before 4 PM and departures from 9 AM), return seaplane transfers will automatically be booked with the resort at the time of booking, unless other instructions are explicitly stated in the booking request.
• Due to safety and privacy concerns all in-house guests are prohibited from operating unmanned aerial systems or drones, on or above the resort, including model aircraft by recreational users and hobbyists.
Amazing Holiday”
It was a wonderful experience my family and I had during our recent stay at Siyam World Maldives. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the warm welcome we received from all the staff except the Ambassador, Elli who was assigned to us. She wasted almost 45mins doing our check-in and didn't even connect to the WiFi in our phones, saying Android always have issues and iPhone is better. The resort grounds were beautifully maintained, and the attention to detail in every aspect of our stay did not go unnoticed. The rest of the staff were very friendly and attended to our needs at all times. We enjoyed most at Jungali bar swimming and the food & drinks. The staff Mr Pradeep was very friendly and went beyond to ensure our comfort by recommending nice and delicious food such as tuna melt and also went the extra mile to make special drinks for us whenever we went there. The staff at Tempo, Alina, Raja, Ryan, Supraya, and the team leaders Mr Hussein and Mr Inaz were also extraordinary and even went to arrange a birthday surprise for my daughter. The facilities at the resort were top-notch, the dining options were delicious, and the activities available kept us entertained throughout our stay. Even the mini zoo was so clean and did not smell. We were able to play with the goats and even carry them. We left feeling relaxed, rejuvenated, and already planning our next visit in 2025. The only setback was the Ambassador Elli. She was not at all doing anything to make our stay pleasant. She offered me to change 50USD and bring me to reception while I was having dinner.. she also offered to bring me back but after assisting with the change, she asked me to go back to Tempo where I was having my dinner on my own taking the "bus" service. She was even sending me back. It was so dark and I had to take the bus which was about 7mins ride back to where I was. My daughter was waiting at the restraunt to celebrate her bday with the cake. Elli knew it and yet she did not bother but disturbed my dinner and celebratrion. I told her i could go myself to reception and it was open 24hrs. She insisted she had a buggy and it will be very fast. Instead leaving me there to come back on my own. She also gave us wrong info when we were supposed to travel back thru speedboat. Not clear of what she needs to inform us. Very terrible customer service. Don't ever accept if Elli is assigned as Ambassador. After the feedback, they changed another Ambassador, Imba and she was nice. But she only attended to us a few hours before we left. But she also sent the wrong messages to us and greeting us. Hahha.. hope to get a better Ambassador next time.

A Resort for your perfect vacation”
What not to like about a resort where you can have so much choices n things are run efficiently. Their WOW AI program include good food n free activity.The one thing that separate Siyam World from other 5stars resort is the software(staff). The staff here are efficient, extremely helpful n cheerful . For example my ambassador, Limbu helped to retrieve my daughter’s eyedrop from her backpack after we had checkout from our room n the luggage had already been whizzed off to the loading area for the seaplane. My villa was kept so clean n even my children’s soft toys were immaculately arrange on their bed by our personal house keeper!The reception staff from China that attended to me was super helpful with his tips on matters relating to this large resort in a cheerful n patient manner.Food here is great especially at Analusia n I strongly advise guests to book their slots before arriving.Maybe Siyam can consider in future to have a different WOW package for guests who don’t enjoy alcohol as it feel like we are subsidising the ‘alcohol’ guests. Maybe throw in additional free activities?

Best time of our lives”
A private resort worth to be considered for any couple or family. From being ushered from the airport to the seaplane to the island and back to the airport check in counter. Special mention for Muna Limbu, super helpful & quick to respond to our request 24/7 during our stay. Not only her but every staff you come across were willing to engage with you. The rooms were modern, clean & definitely has stunning unblocked views!

New Year’s at Siyam World Maldives”
We would highly recommend staying at Siyam World as the resort was great and food was very good too, with the exception of Arigato (a pay up restaurant that was not worth the price). We are sushi lovers and it had no taste, nor did the soy sauce. While we highly recommend Siyam World, we would NOT for the NYE celebration. We were charged a fee of $495 USD per person for the “gala NYE celebration”. The food was buffet (it had a lot on offer but not nearly worth that price) also, unless you bought into a further VIP package, you were treated like true economy passengers. We could not see the stage, the sound was horrible and fireworks less than 3 minutes for new year and their “all-star” entertainment was a violinist, a saxophonist and a very average DJ. The resort was already all-inclusive so the drinks were no different from what had already been offered. So, the “gala” supplement of $495 USD was NOT at all worth it. Go to this resort yes, but not when they are charging this supplement for Christmas or New Year.

Dream Vacation”
It was a dream since young to be able to go to Maldives for my honeymoon and it was really a dream come true! We couldn’t be happier and satisfied with Siyam World! The island itself is like a fantasy, clear blue waters, white powdery sands and loads of colorful fishes and corals around! Baby sharks (they are very safe) swimming around the villas too! The staff are amazing, giving 6 star service. They will welcome you warmly and take care of you from the moment you arrived at Male airport. They will speak to you, get to know you, remember your name and make sure that you’ll have a fantastic time in the island. The villa is well maintained (I was scared at first that it wasn’t because I read that the rain will come in the room but this didn’t happen at all) and spacious, there’s plenty of activities being offered and available you won’t be able to do everything even if you packed your schedule everyday, you won’t get bored at all. All facilities are all well maintained and beautiful! Food and drinks are awesome, Tempo buffet food is more than enough (truest me, my husband and I love buffet and theirs is really good). There are flies and mosquitos around but it is well controlled and you’ll be fine with some mosquito repellant. If there’s anything that they can improve is maybe the DJ at night during the party, that’s all. I highly recommend this heavenly place to everyone, and we will come back again next year for sure! Hopefully their standards will never drop but will even be better. Thank you Siyam World for the best holiday experience we ever had. ❤️
