Great hotel, perfect location!”
Stayed at this hotel 4 times now, and we've never been disappointed! Even during covid, the staff were exceptional and service was fantastic. Stayed in both a pool access room and a standard room and both were lovely. The amenities are great. The beds are huge and so comfortable!! Breakfast offered a great selection and it was different every day, giving much better variety. The Sol restaurant was open during all of our stays and delivered exceptional Spanish tapas (I recommend the restaurant even if you don't stay at the hotel!)

Read many reviews before choosing this hotel but it is truly out of this world first impression is so important and the greeting by Mr Lance Navarra Leong was fabulous a very professional young man and excellent at his job he and his team do an amazing job the service in all departments is excellent, I selected a Deluxe Oceanview room amazing sea view of beach and pool area, rooms lovely comfortable modern and spacious with every amenity you need, the pool area is simply amazing so relaxing and a huge pool overlooking the magnificent beach, i selected the All Inclusive option what amazing value for money with good quality and selection of food and beverages includes wine, sparking wines, beers ,cocktail of day and a good choice of menu, the breakfast was out of this world there was only one bad thing the holiday had to come to an end but i cannot wait to return keep up the excellent work Mr Lance and his team this is a lovely beachfront hotel offering great value for money

Very good resort the best one in this island!”
We spend there 3 nights 2 couples and we had the best time ever! Super clean, food was very good, great variety of food on breakfast! The pool was amazing and also the private beach! They have a shuttle to the night market for free and also to the airport and the staff was incredibly friendly! Very recommended!

Wonderful Stay Despite Setback”
Short distance from airport. A beautiful hotel. Overall good amenities. Large pool but always crowded with locals therefore noise level is high. Poolside needs music tho. Have seen better beaches. Stayed for 7 nites. Stay was shortlived due to an accident. Not able to go anywhere. Thus not able to cover what we set out to do. Otherwise, it would have been an almost perfect family vacation. Great hotel with nice swimming pool”
Pro: nice swimming pool with center bar, clean room, good A/C, ok breakfast buffet. Location is a little bit far from the center, but if you rent a motorbike is ok to cruise around Phu Quoc island. Con: none. Overall this hotel is great with the money paid for. Good resort for relaxation.

Positives: fantastic location, only 3km from the airport and 10 minutes to town. And being on the west side of the island, sunsets were spectacular! The room was spacious with lovely views, and the facilities were clean and well maintained. The staff was exceptional! The beach was private and serene with plenty of chairs and beds to relax. The pool was lovely too, but this is where a negative pops up. There just aren't enough chairs and beds, especially under shade, around the pool area. While it's not entirely the hotels fault, guests come down early and place their belongings on a bed and proceed to go breakfast, or worse, back to sleep in their rooms. As a result, all good spots in the pool area are taken by 9am. As someone who enjoys sleeping in, I could never get a spot by the pool. Luckily, the beach was amazing and I was perfectly happy there. The other negative was prices of drinks: 50k for crappy local beer & 170k for mediocre cocktails. With tax & service, this adds up fast!

Very good experience in sol beach house, will definitely recommend to others! Free airport shuttle service, smooth check in service, spacious, modern and clean room. All room types facing sea view (subject to avaibility). 5 stars international buffet breakfast from 7-10am. Free activities like yoga, aqua fitness, gym, ping pong available. Friendly staff to call taxi/book tour/even carry your luggage to your room! Beachside pool is amazing! I can stay in hotel all day long! Cons: the hotel situated 15minutes from the town area, around 140k dong/way. Free shuttle service is provided but in limited time schedule. My room was not supplied with towels but the staff responded fast to send me the towel. Overall it’s a very good stay experience. Will come here again!

Super friendly & lovely place”
I spent very good time here. They have Yoga classes by the beaches , all fitness activities which is a big plus. Especially Ngan (the activities manager) is really friendly & willing to make your stay nicer. I joined his Yoga class & felt so satisfied. All staffs are friendly, the pool is so amazing, the beach is private & has a lovely sunset view. All together makes this place is one of the best choices for your vacation in Phu Quoc

Spent a week at resort, peaceful, tranquil, great views of beach, ocean and sunsets. Fantastic beach resort with helpful and pleasant staff. Great value for money. Everythings excellent exceptional for weather”
Beautiful resort that irresistable. Room are perfect, scenery are great and staffs (front desk & bell service) are very helpful and polite. But please check your forecast weather before book your stay, cant take photo in heavy rain whole day. The scenery so beautiful unfortunately for us its a rainy season. Near to airport, fare in 90k VND. Easily to get Grab car/taxi.

Nice place to stay in Phu Quoc”
Good location with perfect view to watch sunset on the beach which is must-see when staying Phu Quoc Island. Just very near city centre (Duong Dong) and just about 10mins to the airport. Very friendly and helpful staffs Food is fair with alot of choices of Vietnam and Western However breakfast buffet is less choices hope can be improved. We will definitely back next time.

The overall stay was beyond pleasant. The swim-up room is an interesting room that I’d recommend. The staffs, especially managers (the general manager and the guest experience manager Lance) were attentively helpful to make sure all of us having a great time. Particularly a staff name Fernandas Lavaro who is very helpful and able to speak mandarin. the breakfast was excellent as well. free shutter bus to and fro airport and night market is very convenient for first time visitor.
