เป็นห้องพักที่ดูไม่สะอาดที่นอนนอนไม่สบายพนักงานต้อนรับก็ไม่ค่อยดีไม่น่าถึงสี่ดาวครึ่งไม่รู้ว่าเพราะเป็นเซอร์วิสอพาทเม้นรึเปล่าถึงแย่อย่างนี้ดีตรงที่มีครัวล้างขวดนมลูกได้สะดวกแต่อย่างอื่นไม่ค่อยประทับใจเลยถ้าต้องมาคงจะไม่เลือกเซอร์วิสอพาทเม้นแบบนี้แล้า

เป็นโรงแรมที่ทำเลดีมาก มีรถผ่านหลายสาย เพราะอยู่บนถนนหลัก ใกล้แหล่งชอบปิ้ง และแหล่งกิน ห้องใหญ่มากๆ ด้วย และถูกจริงๆ เมื่อเที่ยบกับคุณภาพ ถ้าต้องติดต่องานหรือเที่ยวในเมือง ต้องที่นี่เลย หรือแม้จะไปนอกเมืองก็ไม่ไกลจากสถานีรถไฟมากนัก สามารถเดินไปได้แค่ประมาณ 10 - 15นาที ไปคราวหน้าก็ต้องจองที่นี่อีก

One of the best accommodation we have stayed at. The staff were all super attentive and helpful. Location was superb, apartment was super clean, comfortable and well equiped with all the important facilities and equipments. Love how the staff went out of the way to help us with left luggage after check out. Would stay here again for sure when we come to Melbourne next. Highly recommended

The staff service was amazing. We arrived and checked in after 11pm in the evening and they already helped us arranged everything for us. Luggage’s in the room and all taken care of. The pool jacuzzi is a very pleasant surprise for us. Towels were supplied in the pool and it’s nice to have a place to relax after all day touring around the city. The kitchen was fully equipped! Not to mention the location of the hotel was superb! WiFi connection was good unlike other places that we’d stayed in.

The hotel’s location is excellent, great staff, plenty of restaurants just outside the hotel and hotel is very clean.So grateful for letting us check in early, that was really appreciated.. Will definitely recommend it to family and friends.

Check in is quick and they happily oblige any requests. Great location and very spacious. Quieter rooms are at the back away from the street noise. Always clean.

Location and staff couldn't be beat!”

The inner city, ok the free tram zone location was so perfect for my trip also very close by to parking if required. The staff went out of their way to make me comfortable during my stay, upgrading my room, answering my questions, always a friendly face. The room was clean and comfortable with a nice view but keep in mind due to covid the room may be more sparsely decorated for easier cleaning.

This is for the 3 rd time for me to stay in. Love the location, size of the room and bed, the facilities n helpful staffs. The wifi connection is also good!

Two day visit”

We had a flying visit into the city for two days. Staff and service were excellent. Shops very close which was a bonus.

Good location worth of money”

When we arrived we got a warm welcome from the staff. Somerset has gym and pool facilities on 4th floor but we didn’t check it out. The room is quite big with full amenities including kitchen with complete sets of plates, glasses, wok and basic utensils if you want to cook simple food. Bed is also quite nice, and clean sheet. It also located near shopping centre, restaurants and all the good coffee Melbourne has to offer. The downside is the housekeeping only comes on Sunday so you have to keep your room neat and clean by yourself during the week. We only stayed for 4 nights so it wasn’t a concern to us. We had a lovely stay here and might comeback especially if we’re traveling with family.
