Our stay at this hotel was enjoyable. Had a lot of options at breakfast and the staff were courteous and efficient. The only surprise was seeing one towel a bit frayed and the only option to keep the room cool was to call someone to open our window.

Although the hotel says young children are free to stay. But when we arrived at the hotel with our 2 years old kid. They asked us to upgrade to a room for 3pax at a fee for 70euros. Room is ok, but floor is super dirty(carpet with alot of stains). Despite being a 4 star hotel. I felt like the 2 star hotel in Pisa was alot better.

Looking at your reservation, we realized that your reservation through Agoda was for 2 adults for a double room: for safety reasons four persons cannot stay in a double room, so we proposed a triple room so that the infant would sleep with you and the older child in a separate bed. When booking you must enter all guests including children with their ages to have the most appropriate room types . Great location that is across the street from the station. Rooms are dated need upgrades. Room has a smell. Carpet looks dirty and contributing to the dirty smell in the room. Bathroom okay, but need updates. Shower/bathtub stall old, joints crumbling. Mini bar requires payment. Bed and pillows uncomfortable

The hotel is conveniently located close to the train station. Very good breakfast buffet and acceptable pricing.
