Basic supply of 2 mineral water bottles are charged 2.5Euro per hottle”
Well, it is very disappointed that the hotel does not provide any water ( free water ) for superior double room at S$360 per night + Euro14 city tax per night is really expensive as well but they provide slippers and robes in the room. If you wanna stay this hotel beware of the location, you need to drive as it will be 50 mins walk/

In particular, We'd like to specify that, unfortunately, the price of the city tax isn't decided by the hotels of a city but by the city council itself. It's a fixed charge for the city of Florence. Regarding the location, we are located at 25/30minutes by walk from the city centre, however there's a direct tramway right in front of the hotel that can take the guests to the city centre in 10 minutes. We apologize once again for not successfully impressing you. A little disappointed with the room buy resolve”
We booked this hotel via agoda. Try not to book in advance as the room rates for thid hotel are not consistant it drop in hours. We paif a little more for superior room 24m3 at S$360 per night for 3 nights. Upon our 1st night arrival check in we were assigned last room at Level 1 #103 , we knew it is not 24m3 size room the hotel has 10 floor and we feedbacked to hotel that our room is too small for Superior double room. Anyway hotel gave us an upgrade to Deluxe room 25m3 which is really so muvh bigger than our "24m3 Superior room" . Car parking id an issue. We have to park along the road infront of the car park upon availability. Or pay Euro 20 per day for car parking. So if you wanna spacious and comfortable room please book for Deluxe Double Room. They provide slippers and robes but the hair dryer is a little old and out dated. The bed is comfortable. Their pillows are a little soft but hotel provide pillow menu. The location is very far from tourist attractions but we drive so it is not a problem.

With our answer, we'd just like to touch a few points. Regarding the aspect of the price, it fluctuates based on the availability, as in the majority of the hotels. For example, you can book 2 months in advance and pay more than a last-minute booking or the contrary, it changes based on the availability and not on the proximity to the date of arrival. Concerning the parking, our parking is free and that's mainly the reason why it works on availability, to give everyone the same opportunities to park even because in Florence is difficult to find a hotel that offers such a benefit.
