โรงแรมนี้มีห้องเพียง10กว่าห้องทำให้ไม่พลุกพล่าน มีออนเซนทั้งในร่มและกลางแจ้ง ซึ่งโรงแรมนี้ยังมีโรงแรมในเครืออยู่ห่างกันพอประมาณมีออนเซนที่ใหญ่กว่าและมีบริการนวดซึ่งต้องแจ้งที่เคาน์เตอร์จะมีรถคอยรับ-ส่ง อาหารจะเป็นแบบญี่ปุ่นไคเซกิมื้อเช้าและเย็น อาหารดีอร่อย นอกจากนี้ยังมีบาร์ไว้บริการเกือบตลอดทั้งวันอีกด้วย ถ้าหากต้องการไปพักผ่อนเงียบๆแนะนำที่นี่เลย ข้อเสียคือพนักงานสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้น้อยมาก และพวกเอกสารที่เป็นข้อมูลต่างๆที่โรงแรมให้ไว้ก็มีแต่ภาษาญี่ปุ่น

Nice place to stay for couple like drinks”
Lounge at night offers nice drinks that we enjoyed very much. We did 3 rounds after onsen and feel chill & relaxed.

I miss clicked the trip type as family with young children. I visited with my parents who are in their 60’s. They loved this place! Our room had a private outdoor hot spring connected to the room. Onsen water automatically controls the water temperature. You can actually feel your skin texture change after using onsen. Food(Dinner and breakfast) was awesome!! All so tasty! Every staff was very kind :-)

The butler service can be more considerate as too much disturbance by them. Just wanna to look for a quiet and serene stay. Food quality is not up to high standard given the cost charged, though service is excellent.

The hardware of this hotel is quite good (except the onsen bath to be elaborated later), but the software is very bad. Around 10 days before I checked in, I contacted the hotel in Japanese directly to confirm the provision of the pick-up service. I contacted the hotel twice but the hotel did not respond at all. Finally I needed to get help from Agoda. I am also dissatisfied with the shuttle service. I do not know if the hotel assigned a staff member to take care of a certain guest. If that is true, I think the hotel should be more considerate to assign female staff to take care of female guests, especially single guests. When I checked in, I was asked if I needed wifi service. The router was set up by a male staff member at the spot when I was in the room. First of all, I think it is better to install routers throughout the hotel so that wifi service is available everywhere in the hotel. It is kind of stupid to set up a router only when the guest said that wifi service is needed. Second, I think a female staff member should attend to a female guest. Later when I used the onsen bath, the water became cold after several minutes. I went down to the front desk to ask for help. That male staff again went into my room (this time the bathroom) to help. I felt so uneasy and uncomfortable with this arrangement. A female staff member was at the front desk. Why did she not help me (a female single guest)? All in all, my stay in this hotel was unpleasant and I definitely will not come back again.

Pros - food, onsen and room was overall really good. All the pros in the world is meaningless if the staff were sub par. Took our dinner orders but informed right before dinner that beef was not on the menu and showed grimace when we asked for what they had besides the alteratives we had. Also halfway through breakfast was interrupted that a return bus was not available for us despite confirmation through email correspondences. For the amount paid for this place, one would expect a certain standard in treating customers.

服务好，怀石料理大赞，温泉享受，值得再次入住”
很惊喜料理体验和室外温泉体验。没想到入住是包含早晚餐的，早晚餐都是怀石料理，主厨根据今天的食材搭配，很精致一道一道菜。中元节我要吃素，难为了服务员和主管跟我比划半天，给我重做了豆腐青菜寿喜锅。很贴心的服务，服务员超级卡哇伊，像是山中的小兔子，有颗很美的热心肠。虽然我们语言不通（日本人大部分说日语不说英语，即使英语发音也听不太懂）她还是通过肢体语言告诉我们食材是什么...... 温泉一定要泡女汤室外的，水温更爽。 日式榻榻米也挺有特点，终于知道哆啦A梦是怎么睡觉的了

お部屋も食事もお風呂も全てクオリティが高かったです。 ゲストラウンジでのバータイムが、座席数的に入れず、お風呂後にギリギリ間に合って一杯だけ頂けました。 出来ましたら、席数を増やして頂けるとありがたいです。 それ以外は、お陰さまで、いつもより上質で素敵な旅になりました。

プライベートが確保されていて、安心して泊まることが出来ました。各部屋の檜風呂？に 天然温泉を入れることが出来て、とても贅沢な湯に浸かることが出来ました。朝食も他客人と顔を合わせる必要なく個室で綺麗な山の眺めを楽しみながら美味しく頂きました。
