ที่พักเปิดใหม่ บางชั้นยังทำไม่เสร็จ ห้องค่อนข้างสะอาด ขนาดห้องไม่ใหญ่มาก แต่ว่าโลเคชั่นดีมาก ข้ามถนนไปเป็นป้ายรถเมล์และสถานีรถไฟ เดินไปอีกนิดหน่อยเป็น supermarket อยู่ใจกลางเมืองนั่งรถไฟ/ รถเมล์ไปเที่ยวได้หลายสาย เสียอย่างเดียว วันก่อนเช็คเอ้าท์ เหมือนแม่บ้านมาทำความสะอาด แล้วน่าจะเอาผ้าขนหนูที่ใช้แล้วมาเช็ดแก้วน้ำ วันรุ่งขึ้นดื่มน้ำแล้วแก้วน้ำเป็นกลินฉี่ ตายตอนจบจริงๆ หลังจากเช็คเอ้าท์ออกมาแล้ว 2-3 วัน มีอีเมล์มาจากทางโรงแรมขอฟีดแบ็ค (ซึ่งตอนเช็คเอ้าท์ไม่ได้แจ้งพนักงานเรื่องนี้) ทางนี้จึงฟีดแบ็คเรื่องนี้กลับไป แต่ทางโรงแรมก็เงียบไป ไม่มีใครตอบอะไรกลับมา แต่นอกเหนือจากนั้น ก็ดีหมด

Great for a family stay”
Overall I'm very pleased with our stay and would recommend this hotel to CBD visitors, in particular anyone who wants to be by the shopping precinct. We arrived early and was dealt with professionally and helpfully. When we came back to get our keys we were told there were welcome snacks and drinks in our room. What a welcome surprise. Our room had a very separate area for my child, who relished his own area, and we still had climate control in both areas if the door was shut. Everything in the room was clean and up to standard. A bonus is the lounge lobby where there is a microwave, ice, and even extra snacks. Felt very secure in the hotel and our room, in fact, the hotel front door is not very obvious upon arrival! If I had to provide a con then its probably that there is no opening window. But it wasn't an issue for me at all. Very pleasant stay and I'd happily recommend.

A nice hotel with good amenities and a lovely location. About less than 5 minute walk from Town Hall station! Comfortable beds with lots of pillows! I was surprised the TV had netflix and youtube. The showers are good and was hoping for hair conditioner. We had to ask for toothbrushes which were given free from reception. The room was very clean and everything was functional. It can be a bit noisy from the roads outside but I'm ok with that. The iron was a bit wonky and burned my clothes unfortunately. Other than that, I had a good stay and would love to come back again.

This hotel is situated right in the middle of CBD and is close to all important labdmarks either walking or through the train. Queen Victoria buildung is right opposite which is a shopping destination and also has a train station. Very convenient and nice connectivity. Darling Harbour is 5 min easy walk. Rooms were spacious and clean and comfortable. Staff was very helpful and courteous. Front desk especially deserves special mention- very cheerful and eager to help. Overall a wonderful option when staying in Sydney.

Great option in the CBD”
We had intended to come home after two days in the city but when we saw the excellent location and prices of this hotel we decided to extend our travels. And we are so pleased we did. The front office staff were so wonderfully friendly and helpful, the exec family room was perfect for our needs as a family of 4. Lots of space, comfortable beds, great bathroom with a huge shower, plenty of storage space for our belongings. We loved that the kid's beds were in a separate room to ours and they loved having their own tv and tables etc. We had a couple of problems with Netflix not loading on the TVs but it didn't spoil our stay as we had lots of other things to do. The room was a little dark being on the first floor with only the one window from the main bedroom backing onto the alley - but this was no problem for us either as there was very little noise and the lack of sunlight helped the kids to sleep longer! Plus we weren't there for the view - just to explore the city! Perhaps next time we will go for a higher floor. We loved the proximity to public transport, local shops and cafes - and the access to the lobby lounge right next to our room was a nice touch. We certainly took advantage of the ice, tea, coffee and biscuits! Would recommend to anyone needed a no-fuss base for exploring Sydney or quick stopover

We arrived after midnight due to plane and luggage delay, we tried to contact hotel for late check in and staff (Suman) is very helpful and he stay late for us. The room is ready and clean and we arrived and it’s what we hope for after long flight and long day. Location is the best very convenient close to all attractions in CBD only few minutes from townhall station and opposite to Queen Victoria Building. I decided to book this hotel again before I leave Sydney and I would definite stay here again if plan to come back to Sydney CBD

Boutique hotel, room was cosy, nice and quiet; everything was newly renovated, loved the shower in the bathroom. One of the cheapest I have stayed in. 4 meters away from the QVB, the city is at your fingertips. There is also a lounge lobby area for the guests with complimentary amenities, microwave, large dining table and even ice cubes (in addition to Nespresso coffee, tea (including the fancy Asian loose leaf stuff which was very nice), water and biscuits). To my surprise I was given everything for free in the minibar in my room which is unheard of (soft drinks, snacks, water). Great customer service. Would stay here again. Thank you

Highly recommend. The hotel was well presented and my room was very clean. I holidayed on my own and had no issues. The service was great and they attended to anything I needed. The location is perfect. They even have a little coffee area to start your day :)

Location fantastic. View wonderful Small clean room as well as bathroom.”
Six year old granddaughter found the bed uncomfortable and woke at 2.30am and took about an hour to get back to sleep. But the location of the hotel, room, view and staff were wonderful. No face washers. Will have to remember to pack one when we return.

Affordable, great value of your money. Friendly and accomodating staffs. No fuzz check in and out. Great place for solo travellers for business. I usually stay here to get a good sleep when I travel for work.

Reasonable walking distance from Circular Quay and Darling Harbour and right next to the amazing Queen Victoria Building. Not the quietest of locations but a very clean and comfortable room - we had a decent view from our hotel window and there were a lot of complimentary drinks and snacks available in the room.

This hotel is located at the very heart of Sydney CBD.! Easy access to everywhere , so many cafes and restaurants too.! The staff is doing an excellent job, very friendly and lot helpful! Near everywhere! The walking is just short if you want to go to Sydney Eye Tower and Darling Harbour. We even walked going to Haymarket. There’s a grocery and train station just around the corner. A tram is on going final test. A bus stop and QVB mall is just in front of the hotel. There are many places to eat. Even the underground of town hall station has stores and eateries. The staff was kind and very helpful. Although the space was small it has all that we need to take a good rest after a day’s activity. Very comfortable bed and quiet. All the food in the counter and mini ref was free. Though there was no refill of bottled water on succeeding days. Anyway you can buy in the grocery all the things that you need.

The hotel provided absolutely everything we needed 4 or stay in Sydney full stop the room is compact but well designed and had all the facilities one would expect. The sitting and kitchen area downstairs was also a great asset for a traveller who did not want to keep eating in restaurants and just want it to put together their own meals

The best thing about this place is the location- right next to QVB and so close to townhall station. Can’t fault it- clean, good room, good staff. Highly recommend it.
