An oaisis of calm”
Such a lovely place and really outstanding for the price point! Our room was large and beautiful, the bed was really comfortable, the pool was gorgeous and clean, and the staff were impeccably kind and helpful. Special thanks to Menghour and especially Vireak for your support during our stay! The location is really perfect for exploring the central areas of the city on foot while being nicely away from the hustle and bustle. We walked into town almost every evening to enjoy the delicious Khmer quisine and a bit of shopping. There is also a restaurant on site - while not the most stand-out food you will eat locally, it was perfectly good for grabbing an early breakfast before a tour or dinner if we were too tired to go out again. My only suggestion for improvement would be a system for mosquito control in the bedrooms, as there were a couple of nights where we got bitten a fair bit in our sleep (thankfully there's no malaria in Siem Reap but it's still not the most pleasant). But it is the tropics after all, so not entirely unexpected. Overall a really great stay and would absolutely come back!
Quaint setting, exceptional hospitality”
The hotel is comfortable and cozy, the staff is AMAZING. Any need I had was quickly solved. Housekeeping even cleaned the hair out of my hairbrush! It’s a bit off the beaten track, but that will be a plus with many. Their cable was out, so no tv while I visited, which was a slight inconvenience.

I enjoyed my stay here. Though the hotel was not fancy, it was more than adequate. It’s located a short walk from night market and pub street. Clean and well kept. A good value for the price. The staff was excellent. Very welcoming and fruendly, as well as helpful in answering questions and booking tours. Restaurant was nothing fancy but good. The reasonably priced buy two get one free happy hour drinks by the pool in the afternoon was very nice after a hot day touring the ruins! I would definitely stay here again.
Great staff, nice pool, bad beds, terrible AC”
The staff was wonderful - super friendly and helpful. We really liked the pool area and we had a great lunch at the hotel. We usually never eat at our hotels but we’re feeling lazy that day. Glad we did because it was great, the mango sticky rice was fantastic. The rooms are pretty nice and spacious. The issue with the rooms is the AC wasn’t strong enough and the beds are rock hard. The first night we didn’t sleep at all because of the beds and the heat. We were basically sweating all night. The staff was nice enough to move us to a new room that they said had better AC, unfortunately it didn’t. I went down and told them it was still really hot and they were nice enough to give us a fan they were using in the office. The fan made a difference and allowed us to sleep the second and third night…but the beds were still really uncomfortable. If they got new beds and stronger AC I would 100% recommend the hotel.

Stayed 4 nights and was very happy with the room. Everything was clean, the food was good and the surroundings very tropical. I only had 2 issues during my stay, first at breakfast I asked for no bacon or sausage with the set breakfast, the meal was brought out with the two included, when I asked for a new meal they brought out the same plate with the items removed, I tried to explain I cannot eat this. They changed the plate but the food was from the original plate. Second, I had a late check out of 2pm.but they came to my room at 1:15pm and asked me to leave as other guests had arrived.
