Good service ,Beautiful room,Great food with kindness owner. The place that u should stay in Vientiane . Very close to Airport and have service car to Maekong river. โรงแรมดี บริการเยี่ยม อาหารอร่อย( มีเชฟ จากญี่ปุ่น ทงคัชสึดีมาก)เจ้าของใจดีมาก โออ่า เป็นส่วนตัว มีสระว่ายน้ำและฟิสเนส แนะนำเลยครับ ใกล้สนามบินและยังมีรถไปส่งให้ท่องเที่ยวริมแม่น้ำโขงอีกด้วยครับ คุ้มค่าเกินราคาครับ

Great room and wonderful service”
No Doubt about it. It's more my expectation. The room is so nice, quite , clean. Moreover All of staff are polite and friendly. I recommend for all traveller and particularly if you want to visit Laos for business trip. Bring it on Five star for The Park Vientiane.

Wonderful hotel with excellent service”
Nice hotel with service from the hearts of Lao people, the rooms are large and clean, each room has a big private balcony to enjoy the sun rise and sun set, the garden is very well kept and gives the relaxing feelings, the hotel provides free shuttle van to the downtown area. Definitely worth staying in Vientiane!

Spacious, nice and sparkling clean apartment, only minutes from the city center giving The Park Vientiane its necessary quietness. All staff and managers are super friendly and helpful, perfectly trained to provide the best services to the guests. Definitely be my first choice every time I'm in town.

It was very nice experience”
Great service at the very beginning, I was invited to sit down and are offered a complimentary glass of water and a cup of tea. The receptionist then completed the check-in and I was escorted to my guestroom. The Park Vientiane is about giving great service in a relaxed way, the facilities are nice especially the garden and the pool area that is very quiet with lots of greenery that can make you relaxed and closer to nature.

I just need a place where I could sit by the pool and work from my computer. It was perfect for me. The staff were so nice and helpful. The size of the room also impressive. The negative would be that the kitchen had no equipment to cook in and the breakfast could do with a make over.

Perfact place for who looking for a clean and peaceful environment. It about 15 mins from the International Aiport. There is free shuttle to the Mekong’s riverside downtown and pick up service, it took about 10 mins from hotel to Mekong’s riverside. so it pretty convinence. They have breakfast and room service. the staff were very nice, i wanted to order pizza, they helped me to order the Pizza Company to deliver for us. Super nice👍🏻. diffenitely return here with my wife again!

I really like the peaceful atmosphere at The Park Vientiane.! The room is well equipped with modern facilities.! The swimming pool is big and surrounded by beautiful garden.! The breakfast is just so delicious.!

Good value for money, great property”
As i stay here for 4 nights it was an excellent experience i had. The staffs are very helpful. Also they have very good facilities such as gym, garden, pool and so on. Recommended!!!

Quiet place with a nice pool.”
This is a quiet place with a nice pool for the kids. Grass and small play area. Rooms were spacious (2 bedroom) and clean. Breakfast was nice -- they will cook eggs for you. Parking is safe but tight places. Suggestions: game room could use an update... no equipment to use the existing ping pong table. A supply of books, puzzles and games would be a real nice addition and use for that space. My family has already returned!

As usual this service apartment offers a clean and big room, new building, staff very helpfull, the swimming pool are very well maintained and with the mix of a beautiful back garden. every room has balcony for guess to smoke. maybe they should open a bike rent to complete it.

The cleanest hotel I've visited. The location is far from center so we took a van which hotel provides by $10. Very clean, nice staff and cozy bed. But consider before visiting that it's kinda isolated.

Two nights stay in Vientiane”
Nice hotel, just a little funny managed. If someone expect western support better take an other option. Without car, difficult to go out

We booked this hotel knowing how far away from centre it was, as the reviews were so good and there was a shuttle. I have no clue who was reviewing this but it is so far away from anything it was an absolute nightmare! The one time we tried to use shuttle after giving plenty of notice as it says first come first serve, the shuttle was out on an airport run and they had no clue when it would be back! Coming home every night was hell, even after showing address or hotel card taxi and tuk tuk said they knew where it was, they never did, we always ended up so far away and having to direct them ourselves using map.me app! I never seen another guest in this hotel, was eerie, always loads of staff, who didn’t speak enough English to ever help with a thing! Breakfast is included but when you turn up they make you feel like your an inconvenience even though they have nothing else to do as no one else around! Pool also not the selling point we hoped as was always freezing! Couldn’t wait to leave

No Hot Water. No Electricity”
This hotel was nice. The thing is that the hot water didnt work once when I Was there for 4 days and the electricity was completely off for one of the days. This hotel is very far away from where you want to be in Vientiane. I would never stay here again. When I told the staff about the problems they acted like they didnt care.
