Remote island dream”
Great remote vacation location. Requires that you take a boat to the island. Nice pool, spa, sports activities, beach. Food at the restaurant was excellent, providing local filipino cuisine as well as international fare. Staff was very helpful.
Best Resort ever for Coron! ”
I had super NICE experience, the resort was super nice.. All their staff was very accommodating, they are all friendly, their island tour that they offer was the BEST very well organize they will inform you their perspective history about the island that your going, and it very informative. JAY-R and Eric their staff during our island tour they are the best they will make sure that you are super ok, they will take care of you and they make sure that you had fun and most especially that you had the best experience in their island. I salute you guys team Two Seasons Coron Resort and Spa More power to you guys... You are simply the BEST!! Keep it up.. Just be consistent in everything..
Too expensive for the experience”
Stayed here with the family and a balikbayan. Rooms are expensive and only breakfast is included. Food is priced like Manila. Tours are separate. Few months back I stayed in El Nido in one of the fancy resorts and I must say that the latter resort is value for money. Full board and even the tours are included in the package. If you are a local, better stay in town proper as even the attractions are nearer there. Not worth the price. Sorry.
Breathtaking! Great service! We will be back!”
We love the Two Seasons! I booked 4 units of island-tip bungalows (best villas they have,i think) as a surprise for my family, and it did not fail...we had a very memorable weekend. The service was great too! I love the all-free minibar and was refilled daily! the view from your own jacuzzi is to die for! We will be back and will make sure to stay longer! i would recommend to have one night stay in two seasons(town area) if you are planning to have the island hopping(because it is near the town, so you'll save time), so that when you are in the island you can just enjoy the whole island and need not go anywhere else :)
Heaven on Earth”
Very exclusive resort. You can also enjoy water activities for free. :) Though they can still improve on their food and food choices and also the pool. I think it would be better if it is an infinity pool as the beach is really very nice to view.
We visit with families two adults and two kids. We are very impressed about the preserved nature environment and hospital services by hotel staffs. We could join the island tour and fishing activities during visit. Both are quite well organized and we enjoyed very much. We would visit again in near future.
Do expect to be waited on hand and foot”
The area was a bit difficult to get to but once we arrived the views were awesome. The food was ok but surprisingly our bill wasn't too bad after 4 days there. The staff is not in any hurry to help with drinks or pool side needs which was very disappointing. You have to track someone down every time you need something at the pool or the restaurant.
world class exceptional”
It is worth all the money. It is clean, staff are so nice, and the facilities were all updated. I also enjoyed the big speed boat that is so spacious for me and my hubby and yaya and my 1 year old baby. We also have aerial view from our drone and I must say it is a paradise indeed.
Quiet and relaxing getaway”
This is for mature couples and families. If you are looking for nightlife, a bar scene, meeting new people or for multiple activities to keep your kids occupied...this is not the place for you! If you are looking for that, please avoid it and let those of us who enjoy our partners company and have well-behaved kids to a beautiful island in peace.
It is amazing.. Everything was beautiful. It really is luxurious. The staff were great and rooms divine. The food is expensive (as you'd expect at a luxury resort) and trips are crazily overpriced but everything else was perfect. Beach is beautiful! Speed boat ride to get there is for the brave ;) The mini bar is free and replenished everyday so that was a nice treat. It has complete games room, Dvd library and book library to use. Snorkeling, kayaks and pedal boats for free too. Such fun! Not too many people so nice and quiet and private. Airport is very provincial so be ready for that.. Aside from that, go!! Enjoy :) And book through agoda. They are fab!!
So secluded indeed!”
The transfer & the commute from the airport was exhausting. From the airport, the van ride was around 30 mins to the main dock & from their, our boat ride was around 45 mins to Two Seasons. We were drenched, it was raining hard, the rough water were hitting hard on us. Beware of mosquitoes & killer ants. Plus lots of jellyfish. Overall, it was a fantastic vacation!
This place was fabulous, kids adored the playroom and we were there a lot, snorkeling was to die for, everything was top notch. However, my husband got some bad rash--kids and I didn't. Could it have been jellyfish sting? Bedbugs? As we weren't sure, and there were bedbugs complaint about their Bayside property, we had to clean out all the clothes and debug our bedrooms when we got home to make sure. So, if it was bed bugs, definitely not worth the premium price. At this point, not sure though.
It was a good stay but the price is high compared to other hotels that could’ve provided same feel”
Pros: You can enjoy your stay with their free ammenities. Cons: You’ll get bored after a day or two. (Unless you’ll go island hopping)
A good place for relaxation”
The staffs were extremely helpful and nice. The beach and the facilities were great. However , the wifi was not good enough. This was the only disadvantage thing over there.
My kids enjoyed the pool. A perfect place to relax and unwind. Also, the staff were friendly and accommodating.
Everything is great..Expensive boat excursions though and what I didn't like the most is the boat ride back to the coron town heading home to airport. They put us on a small speedboat . The boat ride back to the town is at least an hour and the waves are big and pretty dangerous just being on a small boat. They should've used a bigger boat to take everyone back to town specially for an hour ride with luggages and such. Everyone in the boat got wet, my luggage got wet, worst of all, my laptop got ruined!! I called them and all they did was apologized. That practically ruined my whole trip. We spent at least $4k in the resort for 3 days and can't believe they took us back on a tiny boat back. Felt nauseous the whole ride and had to ride the airplane with my clothes wet. Horrible
expected more, but overall okay.”
The resort was a 30 min speedboat ride from their sister resort in coron town. it was a bumpy speedboat ride, my 4yr old daughter threw up in the boat. When we got to the resort, they gave us some snacks and drinks, but no towels (considering it was a wet, salty, bumpy ride). The kids loved the pool! the beach was beautiful. you need booties to walk in the water (you can borrow for free), but with booties it is quite nice to snorkel in. one morning i saw a baby black tipped shark, it was beautiful. the island is connected by sandbar to another island, but you are not allowed to go to the sandbar. you will see many tour pumpboats from town going to the sandbar, but the guests are not allowed. my 2 yr old son slipped twice in their shower. i asked for a rubber mat, but they dont have any. their kids' club is also not free. Food was hit and miss. they dont have most of the wines in their winelist. Service wise, i see some preference of the staff for caucasian guests over us.
Can you say, AMAZING! ”
It only got better! This place is hands down the best resort in the Philippines. Everyone here is just too sweet and so amazing. When people talk about Filipino hospitality, you think of Two Seasons Resort and Spa. The welcoming greeting with drinks and snack. The whole staff went out of their way to take care of you. When you go on a tour a staff comes to the tour to serve your food. This is a five star resort and worth every penny!
A Review of Two Seasons Coron Island Resort and Spa.”
What a fantastic place!!! This is certainly paradise on earth! Superb location, beautifully built and landscaped. We (a family of 4 with 2 children aged 14 and almost 11) stayed for 3 nights at Two Seasons Coron Island Resort and Spa. Facilities - The facilities were excellent! Both our children are certified open water scuba divers and the Aqua center at the resort arranged for two amazing wreck dives for them. The dive master Bonn was so good with our kids, who thoroughly enjoyed their Coron diving experience! We also got to snorkel at the Coral gardens which was just magical! We have never seen such picturesque, colorful coral before! The snorkeling gear, aqua shoes are all free of charge and hence we were able to borrow them everyday to snorkel around the resort area...Yup! you can snorkeling just from the resort itself too - Saw lots of coloured fish and star fish about 15 feet from the beach - couldn't get better than this! The stand up paddle as well as the kayak were free to use and so our kids were in water from 7am to 6pm either snorkeling, kayaking, swimming or up on the stan- up paddle. The swimming pool of the resort is very well designed with a large jacuzzi area. We also used the pool table and enjoyed playing family pool. Food - The food selection and quality (for meals as well as the breakfast) was really very good. However, it was on the expensive side. Accommodation - We had booked for a Hilltop Bungalow (and got to stay in R-502). The location of this was a bit away from the beach. So it was a bit cumbersome to go back once we were at the beach. We would have liked to have a place closer to the beach area. The Beach Bungalows are for 2 adults only, and to get 2 bungalows was a very expensive option hence our selection for the Hilltop Bungalow. The resort has a few golf carts that happily takes the guests from one place to another, which was a treat, especially when feeling tired or lazy to climb up the hill back to the Bungalow. Spa - we
