Comfortable stay feel like home”
Friendly staff, clean and comfortable room, simple but tasty breakfast, walking distance to Lee Gardens, Kim Yong Market and 7-11. Hotel is located at a tranquil street away from hustle bustle of the town. Definitely a good choice for stay if you don’t want to be disturbed by the noise of the vehicles in the morning. This hotel provides a big car park with 24 hours security surveillance. Opposite the hotel is a stall selling black herbal soup. The black herbal soup with crispy pork and rice noodle is wonderful! Also, you can sign up a one day trip package (tour around Songkhla Old Town, Khlong Hae Floating Market and Hatyai area) with hotel at a lower price compared to outside with a super duper friendly tuk tuk driver who can speak fluent Chinese. This hotel is too good to be recommended. Will definitely come back to this hotel again if visiting Hatyai.

Cosy hotel in a quiet part of Hatyai”
Had very good memories staying in U Hatyai with my friends... Breakfast choice is limited, but the food are prepared with love, and the staff always refilled the items, good for a nutritious and fulfilling breakfast. Service is 5 stars, umbrellas are provided for free, with a 100 baht returnable deposit. Beers, cold drinks, toiletries are available at the reception at a very good price, you dont hav eto find a convenience store if you need items urgently. Has Milo and other drinks for free which are provided in the reception area, which is amazing. There is a herbal soup noodle shop opposite the U Hatyai which is teh best in my opinion, opens 8pm to 4am. The room sound proofing is a little poor, you can hear activities from outside your room if the person is closing their doors, or carrying things.

Pros. Value for money: 10/10 Location:10/10 Staff friendliness and customer service:10/10 Cleanliness:10/10 Facilities:9/10 Cons The staff could have conduct the check out in more smoother manner other than that everything was truly amazing. From the point we check in to receive complimentary breakfast (our room was not inclusive of breakfast). We booked a total of 5 rooms for 10 adults and 2 infants. If you need grab, tuk tuk or private van, you can check the pricing at the reception too. The location of the hotel was great spot to as we managed to walk to all the must visit place such as Kim Yong Market (place where you can get good breakfast and good place to buy items such as cashew nuts, almonds and also enchovies). Besides that, if you are the walking type Lee Garden plaza is kinda manageable too (good massage locations are located around there). To sum up it was a good 3 days 2 night stay with U Hatyai.

It's a good choicefor transition ”
1. Nice facilities. It's new 2. Nice staff. They are helpful 3. Nice position to get food Cons AC is towards thebed. And we can't change the direction of wind. It's too cold for us .especially with a baby. We turn off after we woke up with acough in the midnight

Clean and spacious room”
Clean and spacious room. Provide parking space. The only problem for my room was air-conditioning. While mid night the air conditioning was spoil. Due to midnight I didn't call customer service for repair. The next day morning, hotel staff say can call them even at midnight and they will settle it immediately. Will stay here again

Good location and service”
Plenty of street food near by the hotel and also in a walking distance to Kimyong Market. TV in the hotel has english news and movie. Room is big , clean and comfortable.

Very good location and clean hotel and everything was perfect with this hotel I booking from hotel trip to Koh lipe island ,, new hotel and big room and bed comfortable

Friendly staff with free breakfast & tea break”
Friendly & polite staff with free breakfast that we dint expected. Value for money , the room is quite clean air conditioning for my room is good but some of the room is not really cold. Big car park for those who drive in no need worry about the parking. Walking distance to Lee garden plaza around 10 min overall great to stay here.

Nice clean hotel”
Used for an overnight stay and cannot fault it. Nice budget price, good water pressure and good bed. Can’t ask for much more than that for an overnighter.

Great Location & Value for money”
Room is clean, spacious as well. Car Park provided for those who drives, no complain so far, will definitely re-visit again when I travel to Hatyai Thailand.

Nice hotel with good location and price”
The reception staff can speak English fluent. The tuk tuk driver at the hotel is so friendly (chinese speaking) and nice person. Do try out this hotel if you want to stay near to city centre but not inside (cox crowded)

Soundproof was poor ”
U can hear others level closing door walking around sound , location was ok nearby 7-11 but walk to lee garden took about 13-15min still ok got shop and 7-11 when u walking to lee garden , beside that no toothbrush provided and the bed sheets not good

Short trip in Hatyai”
Overall everything is very good, the staffs are very friendly and helpful. Only things is the wall is nit sound prove, got disturb few time from sleeps.
