ห้องกว้าง สะอาด สบายแยกเป็นสัดส่วนดีมาก อาหารเช้ามีพอประมาณซ้ำๆ ทำเลไม่ค่อยสะดวกในเรื่องการหาอาหารเท่าไร แต่ได้ความเงียบสงบ หากรู้จักมีคนแถวนี้ ก้อพอไปไหนมาไหนสะดวกกว่า เพราะรถแท็กซี่หายาก เหมาะกับพักนานๆ ดี

เป็นเป็นเข้าพักครั้งแรกของโรงแรมนี้ ผมจองผ่าน agoda โดยจ่ายเงินแล้วผ่านบัตรเครดิต พอมาถึงพนักงานบอกห้องเต็มเปลี่ยนเป็นห้องราคาสูงกว่าได้ แต่พอเข้าห้องไปกลายเป็นห้องที่ราคาถูกกว่า เราก็เลยไปสอบถามปรากฏว่าปล่อยห้องไปแล้ว ก็ยังดีที่พนักงานพยายามหาห้องที่ราคาเท่าที่เราจ่ายไปมาเปลี่ยนให้ แต่ดันมีอีกเรื่อง ตอนเช็คเอ้า มินิบาร์ไม่ได้กินอะไรเลย หาว่าเรากินทั้งที่พนักงานเองไม่มีการเช็คให้เรียบร้อยจากผู้เข้าพักครั้งก่อน สุดท้ายเราต้องจ่าย...สรุปโดยรวมแย่ครับ ไม่คุ้ม

Best Hotel in Vientiane, hands down”
I stayed at Urbanite hotel during my 6 week stay in Vientiane, Laos. The Staff is AWESOME! They go above and beyond their call of duty to make me and my family very comfortable and made things very easy. I didn't have transportation on certain days and the staff offered me their motorcycle to get around. The guys and the front desk are very accommodating, but their is one certain women which I believe is the manager is hands down the best. Talk about hospitality and friendly, I would recommend this hotel and staff to anyone whom is traveling to Vientiane, Laos. If their were 10 stars to give I would in a heartbeat...

The hotel was very clean and the staff was very professional. I researched several hotels in the area and this has them beat. I recommend the 7th floor. The views are amazing.

Nice staff with clean, cozy room. Facility is also nice, except that lack of phone was a bit inconvenient to order breakfast. Breakfast was also very good. It is more convenient if it is delivered to the room on a tray.

Excellent huge rooms for the money”
Really impressed by the value of this hotel. The rooms were massive and came with a washing machine and dryer which was a nice addition. Feels like you are in an apartment and not a hotel which is really nice. Enjoyed my stay a lot here!

Stayed here many nights to attend family weddings. Great value for money, staff was polite. Rooms were big and clean. Staff was also very attentive. Breakfast was great and they rotate daily. Great stay, will be back.

Resonable and confortable”
This Location is near by Patuxy . So we can see good view in the morning and evenings. It's good exercise for me to go to center of city by walk. It's some local food restaurant near by also. If you try ,you can rent a bicycle for free withih 2hours.

we had all what we need. large appartement rooms, very clean, efficient staff, good breakfast for the price. Location can be an issue if you dont have your own car but for us it was okay. Parking available. Extra: they have a pool and a gym. Very good value. We will come back!

The rooms are great, lots of space. Breakfast options are a bit limited. Location was good, walking distance to nearby eateries.

Not a 4-star hotel but far exceeds expectations”
Clean, spacious and comfortable rooms. The staff are eager to please. The bicycles are free to hire which makes it easy to get around. We borrowed a motorbike and drove 35 minutes to the awesome Buddha Park and back. And they didn't charge us for it. The helpful staff let me print a couple of pages for free for my visa application. The gym is clean and the equipment modern. Nice view of the city from the gym. All of this more than makes up for the very average breakfast. I would book this place again in a jiffy.
