Hotel was nice for that money. All the facilities mentioned in booking were provided. But the hotel needs renovation. Conditioner is old and there was mold, celling panels in WC to be fixed and other minor things

Nice little hotel, very convenient with the swimming pool, close to restaurants and to one of the biggest market in Vientiane (Thongkankham).

Great staff, beautiful pool, good internet, I enjoyed breakfast and there are lots of little family run eating houses around, keep fit a nice 15/20 min walk into the tourist heart of Vientiane ... oh and lovely people, felt safe day and night.... although my bathroom seemed to flood everyday ... just a mop would have been nice. Viva Villa!

I’ll stay with “-“ cause it’s only one there as for me - difficult to find food around in the evening, everything closed in this area. The rest is just perfect: clean rooms, amazing pool, small but nice garden with a lot of seats of everyone, stuff is VERY friendly and helpful: they helped us with preparing documents for visa, were always fast and nice. Area is very quiet, so I had a good sleep and relax.

Ok room but good swimming pool”
Stayed a night, they put us on a very old room, I didn’t like much but could sleep as I was sick. The other room was nicer but noisy as close to street. A bit dirty in front of the room, a staff doing a weird bbq, all the smoke went inside of the room, so not cool and not professional. No breakfast, no touristic support. For a night is ok.

Dobra lokalizacja. Duży pokój z lodówką. Łazienka w kiepskim stanie. W pokoju wilgoć i głośno. W nocy nie mogliśmy spać przez odgłosy od sąsiadów i telewizora z pokoju obok. Po suficie pod kasetonami coś chodziło!!! Plus za wodę i wymianę ręczników.

Look way better on the photos! No breakfast available, toilet was not clean on arrival and sync partially broken. Pretty disappointed by the place.

Very bad experience. Room was outdated and had really bad lighting, air con unit was noisy and wouldn't go cold. Check out time was 12 and the receptionist banged on the door at 11.30 and asked us to leave. Our bus wasn't until 5pm but they told us we weren't allowed to hang around the hotel after checkout time and we're ushered out immediately. The whole stay we were made to feel very unwelcome, I've never experienced such a hostile feeling in somewhere in the hospitality sector. Also the surrounding area is very very rough, there's nothing around and walking through the market at night is scary. Avoid.

Pool is nice, lady at the front desk was helpful. Place was falling apart some and not that clean. Not many cheap places available so I guess it’s a good deal

A bit too far from the action”
The hotel was fine as a budget option even though the bed was hard and sheets didn't fit properly. Had a nice pool with seating around it. But false economy when you have to pay for transport everywhere. Lack of eating places around was a real negative and no tuk tuks at night. We waited over half an hour for a taxi.
