Pros. Modern luxury hotel, face control system, a lot of elevators, clean beach, perfect own aqua park, reach breakfast and dinner Cons I booked a room with unlimited access to the water park to Vinperland. Indeed, it was access to own aqua park. Be careful when you gonna book such an option. We asked calm rooms but it was busman's holiday due to room service. We are placed close to staff cargo elevator. There were loud noises beginning from 5:30 am till late at night. We asked to change room they asked to pay for the upgrade. Not kind and affable vietnamise personal. We were helped just only Ukrainian concierge personal (unfortunately forgot her name). She tried resolve any problems

Pros: 1) Resort is located in the middle of the city (15mins drive from the Airport). Easy access to all the attractions. Walking distance to the night market 2) View from the resort is fabulous! Sun rise and sun set and the pool is big! (They have a bar in the pool as well) 3) The Resort is clean and nice! Cons: 1) Buffet food quite limited. Can have more choices. 2) The shops in the island closed at around 11pm. So try to get all the stuffs you need before all shops closed.

A pleasant stay”
Everything went quite smoothly. Room was nice and clean. When we came the weather was very rainy so the pool and waterpark were mostly empty, but everything was clean, lifeguards and staff were available to assist us with the water slides. Beach is just a short walk away. It can get very crowded at the restaurants during lunch and dinner time, but I think the staff handled it quite nicely. Food was okay and reasonably priced. No complaints.

I really enjoyed the time I spent here. Everything was amazing. The hotel was very large with a lot of trees. I was really impressed with the facilities here. I loved everything about the room including the hand written welcome card with my name on it. The swimming pool was really nice. They helped us to pump our swimming floats. The breakfast buffet changed a little bit each day which was amazing. The food I ordered to eat in the room for dinner was also delicious. For the location it was very convenient to go to Vinperland. It was quite far from town but wouldn't be a problem if you wanted a relaxing holiday away from busy life. I also needed to mention the view from the room was really nice too. The reception was very good and helpful. *Minor downsides: Not much options for dinner here. They only had a buffet dinner every night which was quite pricey if you ate many days in the row. There were a few restaurants right outside the hotel but the food there were really bad (Way too salty for all dishes). The beach was not really good. They made boundary in the beach instead of having lifegruad. It was very bored to swim there.

My stay at vinoasis”
It is a nice and comfortable hotel. Easy access to Vinwonder, safari and beach. Vinoasis trains their staff very well, they are very kind and helpful. I leave the hotel on my birthday, they gave me a birthday cake with a surprise, which I never thought a hotel would prepare it and be very thoughtful. Although there are many things and facilities haven’t been done yet in vinwonders. But I will definitely visit again and stay vinoasis. Vinoasis is also easily to have other foreign cuisine just right across the hotel. The hotel has nice bar, pool, water park, game room and gym, where you can use them all day when you want to be relax at the hotel.

Great beach, pool and waterpark.”
We had a great stay here. The beach is beautiful and clean and the pool is large and really nice. There's a free waterpark between the pool and the beach which is great for kids. The rooms are nice and well-maintained and the staff is really helpful. There were some minor issues, like long lines at breakfast and the fact that they kept running out of beach towels early in the day and that all the chairs were always taken (people "reserve" them with towels and then leave for hours, blocking others from using them.) All in all small annoyances in a great stay.

BEST CHOICE if you go with family or kids”
If you travel with family or kids, VinOasis is the best choice with affordable price. PROS: - Have water park inside and very big pool for kids and elder to play, nice and beautiful beach even though it takes 25mins of walking from your room to the beach ^^ - Some attractions nearby such as VinWonders, VinSafari, Grand World... CONS: - Located at North island, very far from center, approximate to 35km. 300.000 ~ 400.000 vnd/4seat taxi and 400.000 ~ 600.000 vnd/7seat taxi per trip from/to airport. - Nothing to eat at the moments, even though Grand World is next to VinOasis, but it must take at least 6months or more to have more shops open. But there is a very nice and decent restaurant inside VinOasis called Atlantis or sth, very cheap for its standard. - The menu served at Restaurant that serve Break/Lunch/Dinner is kinda boring indeed. It would be nightmare if you stay more than 2 nights, because you will get sick of all the meals you eat daily.

Me and my wife had a great holiday while staying at Vinoasis. Great room with friendly and passionate staffs. Absolute recommended for those who want to spend a relaxing with entertaining facilities surround since Vinoasis provides Vinpearland and Vin Safari nearby.

Price is good, waterpark and swimming pool is great for kids and teens ages, close to Grand world (10' walk)... very convenient place at budget price - highly recommend

Excellent 5 star hotel for families ”
we stay there for 4 nights and the service was excellent. The buffet was good up to the 3rd day as the menu didn’t vary much. It is strongly suggested that you can add more options to the menu for long stay customers. There is lack of seafood options as you hardly see oysters, big prawns, etc. The staff is attentive and adjusted to meet customers requirements. The pool and water park is great. Only drawback is it is too far from the central area and the hotel should provide more bus and make it easier for town transport.

When you travel with your kids, this hotel/resort is the best. Water park is amazing, kids club, pool tables etc. best sunset view too

Location and facility at best! No need to venture outside the ressort and surrounding vinpearl facilities. I stayed at the junior suite, clean and convenient. Travelled with 2 children, 13 and 3 years old…both had fun and were grumpy on the way back. I will be back VinOasis!

Not recommended for couples without children.”
The room was perfect, clean and fancy. I have no complaint about my room. However there is still room for improvement. First, pickups and drops off have to follow certain schedules proposed by the hotel, which means long waits at the airport while this time (1 h) could be spent at the hotel or at the beach. The second thing is the food; it was varied but tasted either quite bland or salty. The chef and most of the dishes cater to the Northern palate. The third thing is the unlimited access to the waterpark. It's not as you expected. The free one is not part of the famous amusement park. There are a couple of slides and crazy river, a swimming pool and that's it. I would advise staying elsewhere for the beach and visit the amusement park for the day.
