An amazing hotel in its beauty, looks like heaven. Beautiful and clean rooms in every private pool, excellent gym, huge pool that is softer on the beach. A private beach and stunning in its beauty, it is impossible to put into words how beautiful the beach is coconut trees and clear water the hotel staff very services. Protecting the environment Using paper requests. There is an electric vehicle service available to transport you anytime, anywhere. In addition, a free airport shuttle service to the city. A rich dining room and a variety of hotel staff will prepare you to eat anything you request. In conclusion if you are looking for heaven this is exactly the place !!!

i only have one comment bout this hotel, this hotel located far from town.. u might have to think twice if u want to stay here.. bt in terms of service,room etc all perfect.. if u a chilling traveller u guys can choose this hotel..

Wonderful Stay!”
Everything was wonderful, the friendly and helpful staffs (especially Ms. Thanh Hoa - Guest Service Agent), the spacious room, the pool, the facilities. We were very happy with our stay except the location is abit far from the town, however the hotel provides free shuttle every evening to Duong Dong Town, we were not aware of this prior to our trip, if we have known earlier we wouldn't move to another hotel at Duong Dong Town on our 3rd day. And the other thing for the hotel to improve is on the quality of their food. Free shuttle service to Vinpearl Land & Vinpearl Safari. Wonderful stay and we will definitely go back to this hotel for our holiday in Phu Quoc.

Pros: villa very spacious and clean. Staff are friendly and helpful. Private pool has a beautiful view on the lake. Breakfast is plentiful, lots of variety of asian and continental food. Cons: not really!

Great for family stay”
My family and I had a great time here. The villa was spacious and the buffet breakfast was so good, with many different options to choose from. However, I think the wifi internet connectivity could be improved. But other than that it was enjoyable overall.

Good luxury resort villa can benefit from improvement”
This is a great villa, very well designed and built. Nice location, near beach, casino. The staff are great, always willing to please you. The check in and guest verification process can benefit a lot from improvement to say the least. At check-in they ask for information and official ID (passport or Vietnamese CMND) of every guest who will stay in your villa. For children under 18 without passport, you have to provide birth certificates. Then they will take photo of every guest to identify them for entrance at the restaurant. If there is a non-identified guest (either your chauffeur or an outside visitor) at your premise, somehow they will know and call you to ask about this person. They will then remind you that the said person has to leave by 9:00 PM. I understand their need to get the correct per-head pay and guest privacy, but they could do it with more discretion. Who in the world travels with a birth certificate? And who would want to have their photo taken at a hotel?

Pros - Huge room, clean, complimentary airport transfer, clean private beach, various restaurant, casino, games room, buggy service provided. Cons - Expensive laundry service, if you are a vegetarian or muslim breakfast buffet might be difficult as there's pork/bacon in almost every dish. They serve 2 different fried rice but both fried rice have pork suggest they can make one without instead so that people who don't eat pork can have it.We are vegetarian & we ordered room service we wanted the noodles but there's meat inside we ask to take out the meat and replaced with vegetables, it was rejected was told they don't do such request. First time we encounter this at a hotel. The staff didn't tell us about the facilities upon checking in and we only found out about the games room on our last day. Would be great if they can let guest know about the amenities and complimentary afternoon tea within the resort.

Very relaxing and enjoyable stay”
The villa was modern and clean and beautiful decorated. The meal options for dinner from the menu were limited as was the wine choices by the glass. Overall we were extremely happy with our stay.

Very Huge Connected Resorts and Hotels”
Vinpearl has many hotels and resorts in this area, all reachable by the tuk tuks operated by the resorts. When we arrived at this resort we were only given very limited info regarding the facilities available, it was by chance that we came to discover other resorts, hotels, restaurants and a casino. Vinpearl resorts are located very far away from town area, but they do provide free shuttle bus to town twice a day. Love the villa, the landscape, the beach, delicious breakfast spread, super friendly and helpful staffs. Only important thing that I wish they will improve is providing info about all the facilities and restaurants to visitors.

Chose to here again because it is close to Grand World. We made the booking on same day as check in and was notified by email that there was no pickup and that we need to arrange our own transport to hotel. I had to call them to sort out the issue as there was 6hrs before we arrive which is plenty of time for them to arrange vehicle. This was already a bad start to our vacation. Free shuttle service to their parks etc is good but it is packed, you need to get to reception area early. Don’t get on the wrong bus as driver doesn’t ask where you are heading. Villa looks old and tired, there’s lots of poor touch ups. There’s so many marks on the marble kitchen bench. Note there is a kitchen but no microwave, cookery or utensils. There are a set of two glasses and a set two of coffee cups. A bit disappointing when we have four adults and not enough coffee cups. We called to get extra cups but this never arrived. Pool is great, but the tiles on the sides are chipped. I cut my finger while placing my hand on the edge of pool. Definitely a safety issue that needs to be looked at. Getting a lift ( by buggy) out to reception or dining area was slow, we ended up pushing our luggages on morning of checkout out to reception as we waited more than 10minutes for driver to arrive, yet another disappointment!
