We booked garden view room with Vinpearland and safari tickets with full board option. definitely worth it. Food was excellent, many choices and good quality. Resort is kid friendly, especially Vinpearland has many entertainment for children. For adults is ok. Safari exceed our expectations. and is a must see. The line to feed the giraffe was ridiculous. They should come up with better system. Rooms were clean, spacious. Property well maintained. Beachfront location, clean beach, not enough sun beds but maybe it was high season. Big pool with small area for kids. Spa was in good value. However, they had no slot during our stay (3 days). We went to VinOasis for spa and even there they have one slot left. Please hire more as there is demand for spa. Otherwise great experience. will return.

Overall the Vinpearl was excellent. My wife and I really enjoyed their beautiful and well maintained rooms, incredible spotless beach, huge swimming pool with toys for kids, and the great food throughout the stay. It changed her from someone who would never consider Vinpearl to someone who already booked our next stay with their properties. Even though it’s older than VinOasis the property is well maintained and still looks new. Beautiful plants, a gorgeous lake, and peaceful surroundings make you forget you are just 1 minute away from the night life and shows at Grand World , Safari, and VinWonder The Spa was really well done. We loved the beautiful rooms in the middle of the lake and the massage was very professional. The best part was the great service. The staff were very friendly and careful, helpful, and entertaining to talk to. I forgot a very important medicine inside the refrigerator after we checked out and their team not only contacted me quickly, they had it sent to me within an hour to our next destination on the island. That was exceptional service. Highly recommend for couples and kids.

Best choice for travel with children, nice resort, closed to the beach. Special thanks reservation team as they are so nice to support before arrival (Quan & Tao). Concierge team must be improve about the way to communication with guest. As one of them not friendly and be nice when explain about shuttle bus to VinWonders. Otherwise, thanks Vu (CS team) to pick-up & drop-off me from the resort to Vin hostipal to buy medicines for my kid.

Very good service, good environment and beautiful private beach. All the staff are very helpful, and there is a free transfer from hotel to airport, I will come again next trip.

Customer service is amazing (English not a barrier), nothing is too much. Free shuttle into town 2xper day, facilities are high standard (clean beach, spectacular pool, gym and spa amazing). Food and drink selection is great

Amazing place for kids”
Vinpearl is "the" place for a kid friendly holiday. The place is literally family friendly on steroids. You pay the price for it though. The building is old and heavily used, price remains premium. Restaurant is expensive and very Asian oriented. Overall I love Vinpearl, but Vin is an investment group knows how to optimize and get every dollar out of their clients!

All-inclusive resort not near town”
great place to be if you want to spend 3 days or more at the amusement park, safari and the faux venetian town. also has their own private beach. At the far north of the island, so not near the airport and town in the centre, or the cable car, which is at the far south of the island.

The location is far from the airport and far from the city, but there are many attractions such as safari and Vinpearlland. In addition, the "Almaz" food street and shopping street inside Vinpearl Resort offer many conveniences. It was very convenient to use the tuk tuk car for free when traveling inside Vinpearl Most of the staff were able to speak simple English, so communication was less inconvenient. The amount is expensive, but if you are looking for a luxury resort, this is highly recommended

I was relocated to Vinpearl golf. Receptionist and spa staff are friendly and helpful. Food is so so. It is raining all the times during my stay, all i can do in Phu Quoc is swimming in the hotel's grear pool.
