Newest & Cleanest hotel I’ve ever stayed ”
Hotel is so new, room is so clean, I don’t have to wear any disposable slippers though provided. Very nicely designed, room is so spacious. Plenty of sockets n hangers. Very comfortable bed and nice toiletries provided. Though breakfast didn’t have much variety but they have a great chef, food taste was great! Only part not so good was the coffee provided are those instant Nescafé, I would prefer at least a coffee machine. Restaurant sitting area is quite small but staffs clear up the tables pretty fast. All staffs there never fail to wear a smile. 24 hrs security at car park makes you feel safe. If there is something that they need to improve, probably is the shower pressure, is a bit lower than most other hotels. Highly recommended if you have yr own car. I will come again.

It's a new hotel... Very clean.. Basic facilities and basic bfast,but good enough for us. Room nice and clean, will definitely come back. Staff friendly and helpful. Transportation we use grab to go out and obviously you can come back by tuk tuk or make a deal with your grab driver. If you're driving then ample of place for parking and safe. Area is quite and peaceful cse not in town area. Restaurant walking distance, there are few nearby just walk around. I'm happy overall and will come back for sure.

Family with young kids and adult in wheelchair”
Met with the owner of the hotel in person, she's a super friendly lady, never bored to interact with my daughter, always offer my girl with an ice cream (perfect for the hot day) and offered my dad their hotel biscuits and cashew nuts. The staff were very helpful, as my dad is travelling in wheelchair, the bell boy and the security guard will take initiative to come over to lift my dad to the van. The hotel is away from the Hatyai central market, but we really prefer it because we need a quieter place as it's easier for my kids and my dad. Room is very spacious and very clean, even have the pleasant smell of furniture. Good water pressure, perfect water heat. it's a 100% smoke free hotel. The best part is it comes with breakfast, not a lot of variety but more than enough to fill stomach. You would never wanted to miss this hotel if you are in Hatyai.

Value for money with 5 star service ”
- 5 star service level by the staff and owners. Very impressed by the bell boy and shuttle bus driver :) - huge and comfortable room with modern decoration - simple and homely breakfast - nice pool Will definitely come back to this hotel when I'm back in hat yai. Keep up the awesome work W3! 😊

Spend my 2 nights in W3 hotel. The hotel is newly open and everything was great. Room was spacious, clean and comfort. The facilities inside the room was high quality. Definitely will come again!!

Hotel is very clean, and breakfast is ala carte.overall is ok more suitable for those with car as there is no 7 11 nearby. Pool is nice. Basic amenities provided is good

Nice hotel to stay in Hatyai!”
Pros: 1) New and nice hotel. 2) Big and clean room. 3) Staffs are friendly. 4) Lots of parking space for guest with guard surveillance. 5) Good sound proofing. Hotel surrounding is quiet and peaceful. Cons: 1) Limited food selection for breakfast. However, the taste is good and acceptable. 2) Located abit far from city. Will need to use Grab to travel around city area (around 10-15minutes to Lee Garden, Kim Yong market, ASEAN bazaar) 3) The quality of room sandal provided is bad. It's easily broken.

Clean hotel not far to town”
Is already fews times I am staying here, I love the cleanest the good service staff , is not far to town, can go by grab, night sleeping no noisy.

Hatyai cleanest and very big room hotel and lots of good points.”
This is a 9 months old hotel. We stayed for 4 nights. Once arrived, you will be greeted by friendly smiles from both the bell boy and the receptionist. Welcome drink is also served. I mentioned Hatyai cleanest hotel because Strictly No Smoking in the rooms and lobby area. Fresh air everyday. The super clean room is very big with King size bed, wall hung 43inch TV, Fridge, kettle, etc. and also has a 3 seaters sofa . The swimming pool is clean with crystal clear blue water. Free breakfast is also good . The friendly owners will come and chit chat will having breakfast.. This hotel is just a few minutes ride from central. Not to worry as there is free shuttle service provided. Finally, we really enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back again . Thank you M3 Hotel for such a fantastic service .

Hotel with a luxurious feel”
Excellent hotel large spacious rooms, luxury quality. Large swimming pool to enjoy after a hot day. Personal service, excellent cooked breakfast, very courteous and helpful staff. We very much enjoyed our stay. Highly recommend as a lovely place to stay when in Hat Yai, walking distance to a range of markets and the reclining buddha. If walking is not your speed hotel can arrange taxi service for you, which is very reasonable. Thankyou so much for making our stay memorable.

Best hotel stay ever in Hatyai”
I've stay in more than 25 hotels in Hatyai city, and I can confidently says that this is the best customer service hotel I ever stay in. U pay 3 star money and get 5 star services and rooms. Every single staff there is so friendly and professional including the guard. I cant find any cons to comment about this hotel. Stay in and you will know what I mean. Great Job W3 Hotel! 😁

Great service & Reasonable price ”
- Great Service!!! The staff are all friendly, helpful and willing to help all customers. The staff also help us carry our big luggage and move them from our car to our room. Very impressive. - It is the new hotel with modern design. - The room is clean and comfortable with reasonable price. - Location : If you rent the car, there is no problem. But it is not in downtown area. So if you don't have the car, it is not convenient for transportation. The pros is the location of this hotel is very private. There is no noise disturbing you while resting. And I love it. Overall is very good. I will be back to stay at this hotel if I come to Hat Yai.
