Housekeeping really lets the team down ”
Cleaning of the room was questionable, the towels were changed, dirty glasses were not removed or cleaned, floor was not mopped regularly. The hotel needs a revamp and definitely needs new curtains- ripped in my room and dining room. Also, this thing about no minibar really annoyed me. Unlikely that I’d stay again.

As we arrived in our room 109 the lamps and the TV didn't work. The carpet was dirty. The room terribly hot. The lady at the reception was very friendly and gave us another room on the fifth floor at the parking side and this room was more silent but still very hot! There is no airco in this hotel and the heath is unbearable. The furniture in the room is very old and smells.
