Awesome host, comfy apartment ;)”

I would say a pretty spacious apartment for family of 4. The Apartment is clean, has the basic necessities. The house is actually quite new with unique decoration and designs. It looks exactly like pictures shown online. Albeit there are not many famous restaurants or cafe in a stone's throw away, It is still near to Sam Yot metro train station (walkable distance) and it is only one station away from Chinatown. The neighbors near the apartment is friendly too. The only con is probably that there's only 1 toilet at ground floor with bedrooms on 2nd storey, so may not be convenient for some people who had issues climbing stairs. Nonetheless, my family had enjoyed our stay here. Our host, Phurich, is easily contactable for any enquiries and tried to accommodate any of my requests. E.g. arrangement of It is near to Sam Yot metro train station to and fro airport (even my bad to request at last minute), flexibility for our check-in timing. He is an absolute gem! :) Kudos!

位置明显好找，枕头和被罩很干净，房间没有异味，通风好，隔音效果很好，很安静没有噪音，厨房设施到位，价格便宜，性价比高，预订方便，准时留房讲信用，wifi网速很快，淋浴很舒服

闹中取静的优越地理位置，距离大皇宫仅一公里，房间干净整洁，设施齐全。非常满意的入住，房东需要英文沟通，非常非常友好，给予很多帮助。

位置在一个小巷子里，大皇宫和郑王庙可以步行前往。性价比高，我们去那两天附近的商店七点半就关门了，不敢在外面逛。楼梯有点陡，二楼是两个卧室和阳台，只有一楼有厕所，比较适合年轻人住。

挺不错，但美中有不足”

房子挺好的，处处都满意，但唯独睡在二2楼，居然2楼没卫生间，而且一楼通往2楼的楼梯隔层也太高了，我一个年轻人都害怕，是真高，也不知道设计的时候怎么想的。我带着两位老人家，晚上他们上厕所我都心惊胆战的，故只住了一天。房东和其他都很好。真的希望改进一下，个人建议！！！

좋은 위치, 친절한 안내”

1층 거실, 욕실, 작은 부엌/ 2층 - 2개의 침실 (5명 사용 가능)으로 구성되어 있다. 2층으로 올라가는 계단이 조금 불편하긴 했지만 잠잘 무렵에만 올라갈 때만 사용해서 나쁘지 않았다. 1층에 탁자도 있고, 와이파이도 잘 터지고, 무엇보다 부엌에나름 준비가 잘되어 있어서 간단하게 아침을 해먹을 수 있어서 좋았고, 근처에 시장도 있고 편의점도 있어서 편했다. 지하철역과의 거리도 가깝고, 걸어서 왕궁이나 왓포를 갈 수 있다. 주변 소리에 아주 예민한 사람은 밤이나 새벽에 나는 주변 생활소음이 침실에서 들리기 때문에 신경쓰일 수 있겠지만 고성방가를 하거나 하는 게 아니고 말 그대로 생활소음이라 크게 거슬리지는 않는다. 우리 다음 손님이 없다고 걱정말고 짐을 맡기라고 해서 여행을 하고 돌아와 오후 6시쯤 짐을 가지고 가게 배려도 해줬다. 친절하고 깨끗하고..가격대비 만족스럽다.

Casa acogedora”

Muy bien ubicada cerca del metro y de china town. Muy acojedora y aunque está al final de un callejon es muy segura. Todos los vecinos son encantadores. La ducha es un poco incomoda porque es a ras del suelo....... pero cuando le cojes el truco no hay problema. Quizas le falte un par de lejas en el baño para poder poner cosas. El dueño está pendiente de si necesitas algo y responde enseguida. Volveré sin dudarlo
