"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Guesthouse and will definitely stay there any time we are in Ayutthaya. The location is perfect for exploring the ruins, they are literally across the street. We enjoyed exploring the ruins in the morning then ducking in to the hotel for a break in the heat. The location is the perfect midway point to see all the main Wats on the island. The owner is incredibly nice and caring. He is a perfect host and really did his best to make sure we were making the most out of our time. The breakfast was fantastic and the WiFi works well. A full 5 stars! "

"Location is very close to night market and other temples. Easy access by boat then you can rent a good bike from hostel for 50baht to see all the places in town. Owner/Manager was very nice and accommodating. I was able to book a great boat trip through the hostel. We were also given a customized map of the town. Highlighting the top places of interest etc. That was amazing. Made my planning that much easier! Room was clean and tidy. Breakfast was good. Cereals and toast. Would definitely come back again. "

"staying at this guesthouse was one of the best decisions i have ever made in my life. the owners are incredibly charming and attentive to my needs. i was traveling alone with my 16 month old son and i couldn't have asked for a more perfect environment. the decor and furnishings were wonderful and the free coffee/tea and cookies and fruit was perfect for in-between excursions. the location is right in front of wat mahathat, the most impressive ruins and park in ayutthaya. the owner was gracious enough to drive me to the rail station when i visited the summer palace at bang pa-in (a 15 minute 3 baht train ride away!). the shower at this guesthouse was unbelievable.. my toddler was in heaven. a cool rainshower and a hot hand-held shower with a skylight above. the air-con was new and ice cold, and the tv had lots of channels. the wifi was free and very fast. the grounds of this guesthouse are like a hidden oasis, with ponds and fish, just gorgeous. and the best night market ever was a 5 minute walk away. before we left, the owner carefully wrapped us up some fruit for our journey and waved us goodbye. i just can't believe how wonderful this place is and i cannot wait to return. tamarind!!!!!"

"I have stayed in many 5 star and budget hotels during my years in thailand. This hotel falls into the later category but is without doubt the best of its price range i have stayed in.It is centrally located, clean and has a pool all for 550baht per night.Hotels of this age normally still have the original dark musky old carpets so it was a refreshing change to see the bedrooms are tiled which gave a light and airy feel.It is definitely better than many of the mid-ranged priced hotels in ayutthaya namely the krungsi river and riverside hotels.I scored the room highly on comfort and standard in relation to price.I would strongly recommend this hotel to anyone on a budget."

"Spent the night here. Location is easy to find but surrounding area and parking spaces is pretty busy. There are many buildings for students and parents to park cars. the best choice is booking the room from Agoda! Don’t walk in here on holiday or weekend! I heard the staff said many times “NO ROOMS AVAILABLE” hehehehe"

"I normally don’t write reviews but herewith an excellent hostel ever. I did! The room was clean and good decoration style modern combined with antique. There were lockers for your stuff secure and another beside your bed so You can plug your phone safely in small box. A huge bed and comfortable, thicker blankets like big hotel i loved it. Air con superb cool. Bathroom and rain-shower are my first expectation when i am looking for my stay. Of cause, I found it here with heavy rain shower I felt so relax. Breakfast was wonderful. It’s buffet breakfast such a toast with many spread jam to choose, tea/coffee, fruits. The hostel has a big “Ping Pong table” table tennis and also other games that is a good point to make friends and relax with your gang! Staff was friendly and eager helpfulness. If you are looking for some place like home or friend’s home when you are away home so don’t hesitate to book it here. They’re deserved to get 5stars. And deserved it for hostel name ”ZleepinezZ” Just two things for me but not a bigdeal. * There are mosquito in the bathroom room and common space. * A pillow was too soft for me. "

"Our room was clean, spacious and had a very comfortable bed. The communal area has plenty of seating and lounging options and the showers/toilets were clean and had hot water. There was a free bottle of water offered each day from the fridge, which was welcomed on hot days. The staff were very friendly and super helpful, going as far as to get a rental scooter brought to the accommodation and at a reduced price to normal, despite the fact we were refused to rent one due to not having ridden one before. Only con is the roads outside are a bit busy and noisy, but they do quieten down at night and even I as light sleeper had no problem staying asleep. Overall enjoyed our stay so much we booked here again on a return trip from Khao Yai national park. "
