Featuring an award-winning restaurant, Thaba Pitsi Nature Reserve is a 500-hectare wildlife estate, nestled in the shadows of the Waterberg Mountains near Bela-Bela.
The accommodation is made up of safari bush tents and African-style chalets, situated at the lodge up on a hill in the heart of the nature reserve. The tents have a wooden viewing deck and are separated of about 100 metres from each other.
Also located on the reserve, on the farm within the property, is a 5-bedroom house and garden bungalows, both with a fully equipped kitchen and access to a communal pool and hot tub.
Providing bushveld ambience, interesting decor and a bar area, L’Orange Bleue Restaurant serves local and Belgian-French inspired cuisine and a fine selection of South African wines.
Thaba Pitsi Nature Reserve also includes a spa centre and seasonal outdoor pools. A variety of activities are available, including outdoors activities like game drives, tennis, horseback riding trails, quads trails, clay pigeon shooting, bow shooting, cycling and hiking.
