Great stay in Bangkok during Songkran festival”
The room is very quiet and clean, there's a hot shower, tv and fridge. No window, but air con. Staff is very friendly.

Good location ”
Cheap and on Khao san road. Opposite it there's a great reggae bar and just down from that there, loads of street food stands. Also closed to a small market.

Toilets were a little small but the location was great, directly next to Khao San Road and we don't hear any music at night

Location and staff absolutely amazing”
An oasis close to Khaosan but not a sound that traveled from the parties. Parts of the hotel are like a green house! Comfortable rooms and beds. Designated areas for smoking both inside and outside. We travel to Khaosan at least twise yearly and I will never ever stay anywhere else again!

I would stay again”
A bit old fashioned design with dark brown walls and no window, however very clean place. Air con worked very well, bathroom had hot shower, and was very clean. Bed was comfortable. Internet working ok. Perfect location as only 2 streets away from Koh San Road. 7/11 less than 1 minute away. Very quiet which was perfect as we travel with a 4 month old baby. I would stay there again.

staff was amazing, great people, bed was clean and comfortable good location, close to khaosan but not too close. in my opinion, should have cost just a little less for an aged room with no window. works good for a one night stay before or after a flight, but i would not pay this price for long term no window. .

Value for Money and Good Location”
The location is near Khaosan Road (2blocks away) where you will experience street party until dawn. I choose this because of the location of Giant Ibis bus (going to Cambodia) which is just around the corner. It is walking distance to some well known temples. The hotel entrance is quite old and has restaurant on the side. Then you could see the reception on the left side of the elevator. The room is clean, but quite old too. Enough Room to sleep for a night. There were no windows and tv has no cable. They provide water, ref, towels and toiletries. Bed is ok if you prefer spring beds. Clean toilet with hot and cold shower. The place is quiet but you could hear the voices of the neighboring guest. Not bad for one night.

Good stay near heart of activities”
Neat and clean room. Good English speaking staff. Located very near to busy market and little walk to Khaosan night market. Very close to public transportation as well public buses to Airport. Lots of nearby shops for purchasing various items. A buddha temple is also located at walkable distance. Variety of street food available. Quite at night, you can sleep well. Beds are soft and spring supported and have wheels at bottom. Do don't jump on the beds, else you'll find your bed sliding to different location inside the room. Power point outlet were found hanging and should be secured by caretakers. Elevator available. We did not have any issues during our stay. Would recommend for stay without any frills attached. Stay beyond check out time is chargeable.

Price and Facilities”
Location I give 5 Stars : Convenient to travel to the shopping center, Bo-Bae, Pratunam, Sampeng, Yaowarat, Sanam Luang etc. Facilities in the room Just 2 Stars , there are equipped with a refrigerator and TV only. (You can watch a few channels. We want to watch: Movie channel: Mono 29 , Cartoon channel ) I think it's not enough. Reccomment to have a hair dryer or Hot pot and wardrobe (In Phuket the price for 500-1200฿ will have hair dryer or hot pot , Refrigerator , tv and wardrobe. Front Office have safe box for service customer too. Cleanliness Just 2 Stars , I needs better. When I opens the blanket, I finds that the fabric is very wrinkled. It's like that does not change when the Old-Customer Check-out If I go to business or shopping, I will stay there. But If it go to travel or Relax , I think that room not enough facilities and cleanliness.

pretty basic hotel but its okay for a night or 2 but a few things could do with sorting like no tv channels and a widow facing a wall. but in general a place to lay you head.

Smell bad ”
I first came into room , it has no window and wired smell, I don’t know how to describe that, maybe like expired instant noodles , even through its clean but facilities are old , TV, Ac .. the Refrigerator is good and has two bottles water but others I really can’t accept to live here again .

Far From my expectations ”
The room is not comfortable. They did not clean the room well before they will let people check in as I open their drawer I saw some cable wires. They charged too much but they don’t have windows it makes me feel uncomfortable. Their Television also is far from my expectations based on what they posted.. The staffs were good and approachable.
