The staff is really nice and friendly. The pool and the house is clean and tidy. The food is nice too. We found ant in our left over food and cockroach in the toilet but other than everything is great. The pool has small waterfall that keep the water refresh.

Remote location and privacy was not that great”
I have stayed in 3z pool villa(2600bhat),2 weeks back,i compared these two villas and i am not satisfied with this one..this one i booked for 3300baht, location is very far from Pattaya city, should have a private car,its must...the road nearby is undergoing some road widening works so reaching there at night time is a very hard task, some foul smell at front desk and at dining area, breakfast was not good when compared to other villas at this price range, overall i didn't like my night in there... mainly bacause of its remote location...the only thing I liked was the bed,it was comfortable..

Wont go back again! Nightmare!”
Dirty and old! Broken toilet curtain and ceiling. The bathtub is dirty and have stain every where. I booked a honeymoon villa but its doesn't seem like the same in the picture. They actually gave us the normal pool villa which I realized after I check out. Aircon sound so loud until I couldn't hear my neighbour's party till late night. Staffs are friendly and pool is still nice. Too far from town.

stay was awesome, enjoyed the pool a lot we were four four friends and we liked the villa so much that we decided to go to pattaya one a year and stay at the same villa at least for 3-4 days the staff was not understanding english properly but they were helpful and did their best to provide awesome hospitality to us would recommend thai thani pool villa resort 8.5/10 from me cheers

the villas are perfect and so nice to have a private swimming pool, the service was excellent and the food great. at first i thought being 15km out from pattaya beach was too far. but they have service of free taxi to/from your destination, and after spending a day on the pattaya beach, really nice to come back to relaxing place. they have various type of massage’s in a villa special for this, and prices in line with elsewhere. the owner could not have been more helpful and spoke perfect english. so great stay and would book again.

We stayed in one bedroom private pool villa for two nights with my husband for our honeymoon. It was really beautiful in a nice friendly way, very private, the private pool is a good size. Beautiful massive comfortable bed and jacuzzi. Staff was very efficient, helped with every single request we had, provided for us bbq on our second night so we had a romantic dinner by the pool and also had some friends over which was ok with the hotel. Would definitely recommend for couples and families, it is completely secluded about 30 min from central Pattaya (which is what we wanted so for us it was perfect and we had a motorbike) but if you staying longer you need a car or bike as the food in the restaurant is very basic and it is literary in the middle of the nowhere. If I have to be picky and complain about one thing it would be the fact that staff as much as they very really friendly didn't speak very much English, I speak little Thai and my husband is Thai so it wasn't a problem for us, also no English channels on TV at all, have DVD in the room but no english movies to borrow. But it didn't spoil the fact that we loved it there and would love to return again. Would rate as 4 star hotel minimum

Short stay, not long enough”
From the minute we arrived the staff at Thai Thani were very attentive and helpful. We were driven to the villa in the golf cart, even though I have walked further at some hotels to get to my room, and escorted inside to be shown how to operate everything. The accommodation was very clean and fresh and the swimming pool was a perfect size and depth. My girlfriend cannot swim so this helped ease her mind and want to learn to swim. The location is very peaceful and the drive to Beach road is approx. 15 - 20 minutes depending on traffic. The front desk were very helpful at arranging transport to, and, if needed by arranging a time with the driver,from the city centre. Upon departure I had forgotten to unplug my hard drive from the television, unfortunately old age does not come by itself!!!!, but once contacted the management informed me they had it and would send to my address. Overall I would highly recommend Thai Thani Villa`s to anyone and I look forward to my return there.

Quiet serenity off the beaten path”
Although the Thai Thani is off the beaten path, it is still only a 15 minute drive into Pattaya. A car however is necessary since it is located quite remotely in the country, which also adds to it's quiet charm. Pool villa quite nice and spacious. Service friendly and attentive. Standard buffet breakfast as expected. Wireless internet a bit spotty at times, but not a complete washout.

Everything is perfect. check in was easy and breakfast was okay. The only downside is you got to either drive or ride to the villa. It is about 30 mins away from the pattaya main area e.g walking street or the beach.

Beautiful and relaxing”
The room is exactly as pictured. Very impressed with the size of the pool and garden area. We travelled there by car ant it was perfect, just what we were looking for. I wouldn't reccommend it for anyone without their own transportation though, it is literally in the middle of nowhere. The food at the restaurant is nice but a little overpriced (only thai options) there are no other restaurants for at least a 10-15 minute drive away. However, if you are looking for a relaxing getaway from the city, this is definately it!

Lovely villa”
I liked many things about this Private villa but there was also afew things that need addressing. 1, There is no farang Channels on the Tv which i feel is unexceptable considering its a hotel or hoilday destination villa. 2, there was no hot water in the shower after waiting nearly 10min to have a warm bath so i was dissapointed with this. The last thing was when ordering food after arriving took over an hour to come to our villa so that was also dissapointing considering its a hidden away private villas spot so foods not that easy to find. But on a good note its a beautiful quiet spot with privacy fairly spot on so definitely a 3star rating from my wife and i.
