busy and noisy”

this is my first time in Dalat, i hand picked this hotel only due to proximity to city center, reception is very friendly and helpful.room is below the standard, no blanket cover and bathroom is clean but very basic . water stagnate and wet all times, very noisy so no sleep at nights, market starts 4am thm finishes 11 pm the hotel was full of Vietnamese tourists they scream all day and night specially the kids. just 2 horrible towels and housekeeper opened dor without tapping, good location but no peace at all

Had a small issue regarding voucher payment when i checked in because the hotel was a new member of Agoda but that eventually got rectified and everything was ok. Older hotel but very good location near restaurants and shopping areas and near to the beautiful lake. Lovely city. Wish i would have had more time to explore there more.

great location close to market. The hotel was very noisy with paperthin walls however the rooms were clean and the staff were very accomodating when we arrived way earlier than our check in time.

Changed hotel”

There was a leak in the bathroom and my sister asked for a change and the receptionist said theres no other room just bear with it, my sister complained about her attitude and she grudgingly said "take it easy why are you so fierce" and so we moved to nearby right away.

ทำเลดีมาก อยู่หน้าตลาดดาลัด ตัวอาคารภายนอกโอเค แต่ภายในค่อนข้างเก่าถ้าไม่ซีเรียสตรงนี้ก็ถือว่าโอเค คุ้มค่ากับราคา พนักงานเอาใจใส่ดี แต่พูดภาษาอังกฤษได้ไม่กี่คนแต่ก็ไม่เป็นอุปสรรคมากนัก

Máy nước nóng ở đây quá cũ, khi tôi nhận phòng là đã 10g30 khuya. Nhưng khi vao tắm là 11g00. vậy mà máy vẫn chưa làm nc nóng được. khi hỏi nhân viên, thì họ nói phải đợi. po tay.
