Great hotel when you are passing through on long delays or 1 quick night. hotel is fairly new and modern. they speak english at the counter but preferred to talk to my partner in Vietnamese instead. Bed was comfortable and they have a good street food cart across the street. for some reason the doors aren't aligned properly and they don't close and you have to give it a tug or hard push to close lol. great value

Overall stay was good & comfortable! Giving u a 4/5 rating based on my frequent travel and stayed on lot of hotels in HCMC. Please kindly take note for my room 303 stay on 21st-22nd Sept 2022, the bathroom room can’t be close. Forgotten to inform the counter staff when I checked out. Overall a great thanks 👍

Clean facilities very close to TIA. Bed firm, pillows soft. Needed more towels and toilet paper but for the price you can't complain. Plenty of food options close by.

The rooms are nice and clean, however, all their facilities are closed. Breakfast isn’t open, and if you want to go to a gym you will need to pay. The worst part of the stay is the construction next door, they start very early at 7am and bang on the walls all day until 4-5 pm. It seems like most of the staff do not know what they are doing besides one really nice lady who seems to be the only one who knows anything.

I wanted a hotel close to the airport but that in itself is a problem because it’s awkward to get to and the taxi drivers will refuse you at the airport as happened to me. Also the bed is made from 2 beds pushed together so there is a ridge or gap in the middle. it uncommon in Asia. Staff have a bad attitude and the security guy will be looking at his phone while you drag your bags up the steps. I probably won’t ever stay here or recommend this hotel. I live and work in Vietnam and usually everything is good!

Most receptionists didn't speak good English, so I had to use Google translate. I asked for extra pillows four times and finally got them after going to the reception desk. They will charge you for bottled water, so bring your own. There were two accidents in front of our hotel in 7 days (that we know of).

The electricity seems like not stable. Power tripping for more than 10 times in the night and I don't even dare to go showering. I went out of hotel at 850am, came back at 4pm, my bed is still messy and not been cleaned. Also toilet is new but don't have holders to put shower gel or shampoo, so either you put them outside the shower room or on the floor when showering. Also no toilet mats or rugs to dry your wet feets.

Terrible experience ”
Arrived to know the hotel is temporarily closed. Sent me to sister hotel & was told they missed my booking due to system error. Was almost midnight & I was rushing to get a good rest to catch an early flight the next day. I was told to search for another hotel at 1am plus & this is ridiculous! Despite they end up allowing me to stay at the original hotel that we booked but was already 2am and 4.30am i gotta go to airport. We end up not getting any sleep for the whole night as the process of checking & sending us here & there took hours! Even though the hotel fees were waived but I don't feel thankful! I was on holidays and the terrible night with no sleep ruined our mood!!! The only thing I wish to praised is the staff who attended to us as he is helpful & trying his best to find solutions despite he is only a counter staff with limited authority. I wish that Agoda can review the mgt of this hotel. Its certainly not acceptable that we travellers reaching the hotel to find the hotel closed and no arrangement is made due to system error. We are suppose on holidays but instead to waste time dealing with all the problems at a place that we just landed and totally new to us.
